House holiday rentals in Nocatee

My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

Sandra was a terrific host. her place was as described even better. beds were comfortable,lots of bathrooms, lots of outdoor seating, and pool toys and indoor and outdoor toys/games. perfect for us as we had a family wedding in the area. neighborhood was nice, quiet nearby to stores and restaurants.

Fred & Linda’s place felt like we were right home. The place was very serene and tranquil right in the middle of St. Augustine. Anything we needed, it was there. The hosts also let us know that if we needed anything, to let them know. Their salt water pool felt great on hot afternoons and evenings. The kids loved the place. Even their little dog Ellie came to play ball with the kids. Would recommend staying here.

Had a great time in this beautiful home! Many restaurants, activities, sights to see close by! The only things that would make this home absolutely perfect would be on site pool and gym. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Home decor definitely elevated the stay! Would stay here again

Pool was lovely. Layout was very open. Such a nice place for us as well as our dogs.

The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

This place was amazing! Perfect location, only 15 minutes of St. George street. The pool was amazing and very refreshing! My dog absolutely loved the backyard. We even got to see a few deer! Very clean and the host is very responsive. My nephew loved the pool table! I would definitely recommend this location!

We loved our stay at Whitney and John’s place! Their home was immaculate. Perfect for a baby and two young children and a dreamy retreat for the adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Adorable restaurants also walkable and perfect for a family! Whitney and John were so lovely and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

The house was perfect for our weekend stay. There were beach items in the garage and pickleball paddles in the cabinet. The location was a nice neighborhood with a pool a very short walk away. The instructions were very helpful and easy to understand.

House of Cash ROCKS! We felt right at home, had everything we needed. Hosts were great with communication, detailed instructions, and were responsive to messages. Price was comparable (or less) than nice hotels in the area, and this way we had privacy and yard space for our dog. We even brought in our instruments (violins, uke) to accompany the piano. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Wonderful location that can’t be beat, just steps away from an amazing community pool and close to I-95, yet had a quiet, secluded feeling. Comfortable bedrooms and the living/dining area was bigger than we expected from the photos! Kitchen only has basic essentials, but was well organized and easy to use for breakfast and lunch. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked very well, and they even provided detergent pods. I’m an early riser and absolutely loved the peacefulness on the patio during the cool of the morning. Excellent, clear communication from the host through messages that allowed us the privacy that we prefer. Biggest improvement I have already recommended to the host is to take better care to mop the tile floors as they felt sticky. Wonderful place to stay, would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was nice and clean. We got in town early and was able to check-in early. We've never stayed in an airbnb before, so we're not sure how "stocked" things are supposed to be but we did have to go buy toilet paper, trash bags, dish washer stuff. Overall, a good calm nice place to stay, we'd stay here again but come more prepared next time with those things! 🙂

We love this place so much! The house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a small group or a family! We did stay alone in it but it was nice to have our gaming systems hooked up in separate bedrooms. We loved the back yard and everything we needed was within a 20 minutes drive. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a playground, tennis courts, and a basketball court just up the road. We’re moving to Jacksonville, and if we have to go down again we’d gladly stay there!

Place was fabulous! I was raised in Jax and came back for nephews graduation and needed a place to stay. Would stay here again in a minute. Close to beach close to town. Felt safe since I was by myself. Would highly recommend 🩵

This house was beautiful and very clean. We had 1 maintenance issue and Lucus responsed within 1 min and a maintenance person was there within 10mins. The house has everything you could possibly need. Well stocked kitchen and baths. We enjoyed our stay and will book there again if in the area. Thank you Lucus for sharing your house.

We had a lovely weekend here! The home was exactly as described - extremely clean too. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the loop and spotting the unusual ducks. This is a great to stay home, especially if you have children with you. Host was amazing and very flexible with our check in which was so appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Well stocked kitchen which made the stay very comfortable. Washer and dryer. Beach umbrella, chairs, and towels. Other extras that were very considerate. We brought our dog and enjoyed going for walks in the friendly neighborhood. Jon is quick to respond to any questions. We are looking forward to returning next year. We would highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay! The spiral staircase was one surprise that we did not see in the photos. We traveled with 2 young toddlers so this was something we immediately had to block off for safety. Otherwise the place had everything we needed and we were able to explore the area!

Absolutely loved this home! Kimberly and Cody have done all possible to make it a fun, and fully appointed, home away from home. It is fanciful, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. They are fantastic hosts - amazing communication and incredibly helpful with ensuring that our stay was perfect! I would highly recommend!

Beautiful home and area! Quiet, clean and close to anything we needed to stay comfortable!

This was the perfect place for our family getaway! We traveled with our 18-month-old, and having access to all the baby gear made things so much easier. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to the beach, grocery stores, and nearby cities! The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was well stocked with everything you could need for a fun-filled Florida vacation / beach day-- like beach toys, coolers, a canopy, and cruisers. The only downside was the mattresses being very firm, which left us with a few backaches—but overall, it was a wonderful stay and we'd definitely come back!
