It’s also short distance to bus and tram stops. The apartment is situated across the best pizza place in Estonia - Kaja Pizza. You do not need to worry about noise on street since it closes 7pm.

There is a bus stop nearby, the center is a 20-minute drive away. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. You can take light folding chairs, blankets and have a picnic by the sea. 3 minutes away is a new shopping complex with shops and restaurants.

The new building constructed in 2023 is a unique place located in the trendy Volta quarter. This brand new apartment is situated in one of the most trendy areas of the city, making it the perfect place for young professionals, couples, or solo travelers. Parking behind the building 8€ 24h. Same street Volta Padel. Smoking, parties, noise after 23:00 is NOT allowed inside the apartment. Fine for violation is 150€.

We are happy to offer home accomodation - our tiny guesthouse (28m2) with a big patio for rent to 2 adults + one kid. Pets are welcome as well! The house is suitable for them who like to spend a night in a village near forest, to hear the birds singing, instead of living in a hotel room. NB!
