Villa Sunshine

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

You can consciously experience nature again, listen to the birdsong and breathe the clean air. Our organic farm is characterized by animal welfare. In the sunny village of Lajen, only 500 m from our farm, you will find 2 churches, 3 inns, 1 pizzeria, 2 shops, 1 baker, 1 butcher, 1 pharmacy, 1 bank.

Near Bolzano, the vacation apartment "Malgorerhof Sonja" is located in the small village of Jenesien on the Tschögglberg and offers vacations on the child-friendly farm at 1,000 m above sea level with a magnificent view of the Dolomites. The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.
