Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nongsa

Dina’s place was amazing. It was large enough to accommodate our family of 8 adults 2 kids, and the driveway in the compound is large enough to park 2 cars. The amenities in the house were great, TV and Internet works well and the swimming pool was nice good size for the kids to enjoy. Overall a private, safe, quiet estate with security guards on duty. Dina is also very responsive and generous - we had a whole complimentary cake waiting for us! Overall great stay. Will recommend.

Great place if you are looking for a cosy house in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to amenities such as KSL etc.

Having stayed at a couple of Airbnbs in Malaysia, this is easily one of the best accommodations, hands down. From the responsive and friendly hosts, to the spotless and well-designed house, we felt right at home immediately upon checking in. While other previous accommodations have felt sterile (i.e. really just a place to stay in) , the Grove House stands out with its warm touches like providing toiletries and towels, and all necessary kitchenware. Special thanks also to the hosts for being quick to update and even gave us a bottle of wine to apologise for the late check-in due to a delay in cleaning. When we accidentally left a cooler bag with items in the fridge and left JB, they were also kind enough to help us keep it at their office for us to pick up the week after. Minor point (not the fault of the hosts!) is that is surroundings may be noisy (e.g. when cars drive past, dogs barking), but they have provided ear plugs for those who need it. We will be back the next time in JB!

A perfect place for our first ever PongKang Sportsfest. The place had the amenities as described- basketball, badminton, billiards, football table, darts, and many more other small games. It’s a new place. Lights all over the house and garden. Michelle and Alex are one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. They’re very responsive and friendly. Definitely will come back to this place soon. Thank you for letting us stay in your place.

Nice place to get together with your siblings families. Mr. ben is really proactive. Ms. su and uncle leong also helpful. communication is no problem at all. Big dinning hall for all of is to have a breakfast lunch n dinner. karaoke room is good. both 2nd floor master bed room bed is comfortable. amenities and convenience shops is nearby. and about less than 10min to tebing dato onn. automated gate with outdoor cctv. the house is quite old but bali vibes. swimming pool need to clean a bit due to the fallen leaves from the garden area. just follow the house rules especially when throw rubbish. must do it properly if not monkey will do "outdoor party" at the rubbish bin. overall wonderful experience.

Location of the apartment is very convenient, is at the heart of the city area. So you can find places to shop, eat etc. at a walking distance. Apartment is very clean, amenities is well prepared for the guest to use as well. But do bring your own hair dryer if you’re person who needs to style your hair / dry your hair fast. Cause the hair dryer power is kinda low. Additionally do make sure you turn on the water heater 30 minutes beforehand to heat up the water heater if you can’t stand cold shower !

This place has a beautiful view facing the sea with a big window at the master bedroom. Close and walkable to the Fanindo Sanctuary Garden (food centre) I arrived late and have issue, but the host settle it immediately.

This is our 3rd stay here and it was always comfortable for our family. Location is very close to Southkey mall and quite many food options just around the condo. Check in was easy and straightforward. Beds were comfy, sheets were clean. Toilets were clean and disposable toothbrush were provided. Decent size pool and gym for the condo facilities.

The place was very clean and well-maintained, with great security. Although it’s close to the central area, there aren’t many shops or malls within walking distance — we had to take a Grab, but it was affordable. Other than that, the stay was lovely, and the host, Catie, was very responsive and helpful throughout.

It was an awesome stay here. Feel like home. We can see the swimming pool from both rooms. Checking in/out was a breeze. The host even provide us with a prayer mat. The place is close to food stalls and 24 hours convenience store. Highly recommend.

My family enjoyed staying there. The place is clean and have a nice scenery at a high floor. Host is friendly, responsive and gave clear instructions.

Overall it was a great location to stay and relatively peaceful except for the mornings when the construction for RTS train line commences at 8am. The overhead bridge that connects from CIQ to R&F Mall is generally a long 10min to 15min sheltered walk. Only key inconvenience is the temporary "decoupled" bridge that cuts under the future RTS train bridge requires you to go down a long flight of stairs up and down (2 storeys high) to reach either ends - more inconvenient for those carrying heavy or big luggage bags which happened to us 🫣🫩😰. Stay within Phase 1 building, the benefit is we are right above the mall. So walk to food and grocery (Jaya Grocer) is short. Since the mall is quite unoccupied with very few tenants / retail outlets, we can walk to City Square or Komtar easily for shopping options. Not too far walking distance to Jalan Dhoby for cafes and Hiap Joo banana cake shop for your F&B indulgence.

I stayed there with my son from May 28,2025 for 5 days. I must say the minute you walk into the apartment, it feels like home. Very neat, not cluttered. I love the green plants in the unit and of course the fish tank. Dan has been very helpful and respond to all my messages very fas, though we didn't get to meet on arrival. He has very unique collection of comic book characters which I enjoyed looking at them.😊😊 Oh, by the way, you need to water the plants and feed the fish while staying there.😊 We are glad to have chosen his home as our holiday getaway. We will definitely return Dan. Thank you very much for your hospitality. See you again in the near future.🙏

1) the first reason i chose this place and willing to pay on high side is because the beach view is amazing and the building is accessible to it. You cant swim at the beach but you can walk along the beach and play with the sand. Some days i saw plenty of rubbish at the beach. Sometimes not too much 2) the coway water filter makes my long vacay more convenient for a family with small children. 3) the location is superb. There are plenty of convenient stores. No need grabfood as Few food place especially at night. 4) bring own towel if you are not into microfibres towels. 5) the parking space is big suitable for big SUV to navigate. But need to pay rm20 per night if you chose to park at Guest parking other than your designated parking. 6) my children enjoyed the tv. We can watch decent channels 7) suitable for big family as they provide extra mattress but you might need bring blanket if you are using more than 4 beds
