Welcome to our Tiny home: The Birdhouse! Located in a quiet neighborhood in Noordwijk aan Zee. It is a classic "summer cottage" as we call these typical homes in Noordwijk, behind our own house with its own entrance and nice private patio. Only 500 meters from the beach and a 5-minute walk to the cozy shopping street, the Birdhouse is a perfect location to enjoy Noordwijk aan Zee. With its beautiful surroundings, close to the famous flower fields and dunes for hiking and biking.

Studio Lines is a quietly located, newly built guest suite (2021), 50 meters from the dunes and 600 meters from the beach. The luxurious and modern studio has its own entrance, a comfortable box spring bed (160 × 200 m), blackout blinds, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a microwave, oven, stove, coffee, tea and a smart TV incl. Chromecast, Wi-Fi and a protected terrace. Tourist tax and parking right in front of the studio are included in the price.

Accommodation by the Sea

Our dream of building a vacation home on our own property came true in the spring of 2021. Together with our three daughters, Noa, Bo and Sam, we live in the so-called beloved “Vogeltjesbuurt” in Katwijk aan Zee. Close to the beach and dunes, a fantastic place has been created here. The cottage was designed by ourselves and built with love by a handy uncle, father and friends. Finally, we can proudly share our vacation home for guests to enjoy.

Charming lodge in rural area, 5 km to Amsterdam

Looking for peace, space and nature in a rural area and yet close to Amsterdam? Then visit our lovely cottage. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.

Busy You @ Sea, with private patio and garden

Busy You @ Sea is a fully renovated studio, open since March 2024. One minute walk from the dunes. The beach and city center are also within walking distance. The place to relax and unwind! The cozy studio with its own entrance (29 m2, open space) is located in the basement and equipped with every comfort. French doors give access to your private terrace, overlooking the (partially fenced) garden.
