With 4 atmospheric bedrooms, 3 marble bathrooms and a large, open living space, we offer families and groups of friends with children a wonderful stay. In Noordwijk, you can enjoy the beach and dunes all year round and the colorful bulb fields in spring.

Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

Welcome to Het Binnenhuys. Spend the night in a charming renovated old bulb barn from 1888. The luxury bulb shed has its own garden, full kitchen, hot tub, two bedrooms and each an en-suite bathroom. You will stay close to the beach (1.5 km) and the city center with nice restaurants. The supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. You park for free (1 car). The use of 4 bicycles is included. From Noordwijk, you can easily reach Amsterdam, Leiden, Haarlem and The Hague.

This cozy guesthouse for 2-4 persons is located in Noordwijk aan Zee within 2 minutes walking distance of both the cozy Hoofdstraat as well as the famous beach and boulevard. The house is brightly and nicely decorated, equipped with a spacious bedroom, living room with an extra sofa bed and a luxuriously equipped kitchen. Everything for a carefree stay. In the garden you can enjoy the sun or in the cozy lounge and exercise in between in an extensive gym. You are welcome!

You have a spacious living room, a balcony with morning sun, a complete kitchen, and a separate shower and separate toilet. Everything is available for a comfortable stay.

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

Seaside Haven

A luxury studio, designed by a renowned designer, located in the basement of our characteristic 1930s house, just 100m from the beach. The open loft style breathes space and comfort, with a freestanding bathtub, rain shower and underfloor heating. The changing art makes every stay unique. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for cooking enthusiasts. Enjoy the intimate garden, a serene oasis that seamlessly connects indoors and outdoors.
