Beachfront holiday rental in Noosa Shire

A perfect family getaway by the beach. The dining table looked out at the stunning ocean view with ocean breezes. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms ensured everyone was able to relax and enjoy the summer retreat. The pool, while small, is great for family fun in between ocean surfs just a brief walk away. Table tennis is fun. Host was kind, thoughtful and proactive. Linens and towels high quality. Great family space with separate TV and couch to the main living room. Great for dog lovers. Definitely felt like a luxury beachside escape.

Katie made a last minute trip so easy. The unit is cosy and we instantly felt at home. Such a great vibe and we loved the decor and the location was perfect. Hearing the waves is always nice.

The unit was in a great location, very close to the peregian village shops, cafes/restaurants, and supermarket. The unit had everything we needed, had several outside decks and was very comfortable to stay at. Highly recommended.

We had a beautiful stay, the apartment was lovely and modern, one of the best equipped places we've stayed. Great location with lovely views and the pool for the kids was awesome. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a few days at the cozy Hjemme on the Hill. The location is great, closed to cafes and restaurants as well as beautiful beaches. The house is clean and offers all the amenities you need for a nice getaway and the little welcome hamper was a nice touch. Ben was a great host and very responsive. We'd definitely stay again if we're back in the area.

We had a great three night stay at Peregian Beach and Robina's place was perfect for us. It had a relaxed vibe and felt like a home away from home. We especially enjoyed the quiet location, comfy beds and being able to see the ocean from the deck outside the master bedroom. Even though we were on holidays, we were pleased to be able to do some washing in the easily accessible laundry. Robina's place was just a short drive to the cafes & restaurants at Peregian Beach and not far from Noosa Heads. Fabulous place for a short holiday break.

Charming, lovingly maintained retro beach shack in a quiet pocket of Sunshine Beach. Great size for a small family and pup. Fully equipped with so many extras like beach chairs, dog toys and a cricket set. Our favourite part was the tranquil walk to the beach along a leafy goat track. Loved our stay, will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tinka’s place. The attention to detail was great. Location great, very close to the beach and a short walk into town. Comfortable and modern, would recommend and would stay again :)

The location of Louise’s apartment was amazing, just a short walk through the resort, across the road and you’re on the beach. The pool was fantastic as well. Louise was very friendly and great to communicate with. She assisted us promptly with all questions. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back again!

A fabulous apartment beautifully kitted out with stunning views. You do need a car if you want to explore the whole area but the bus will get you to and from Noosa also which helps avoid the insane traffic over the holiday season. Parking is pot luck in town and therefore stressful. Having a car park space in the unit was also v helpful as the beach can get busy and parking is tight. Maryanne was great and responded quickly when needed. A lovely spot. Happy new year.

Great spot for a large family weekend get together. Host was very helpful and responded quickly. Plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoyed our time together. Although there is no air conditioning it was a well designed house to catch any breeze. Fridge didn’t work very well and would have loved some proper blinds especially in the top floor area but we were aware of that before we arrived. I guess the house is beginning to show its age and the fridge took sometime for it to cool down but we would definitely come back again. Thank you for having us

Huge living and dining area, well equipped kitchen too.. beautiful balcony overlooking the Noosa River with a good BBQ, perfect for an arvo drink. Highly recommend this unit.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our beach holiday at Sunrise Beach. The apartment has everything you need, is clean and quiet and literally a one minute walk to the beach. The host is very professional and responsive with clear and positive communication, we couldn’t fault it! If you’re looking for a stay near Noosa but a more quiet spot, then look no further. This hidden gem offers a great mix of relaxation, comfort and accessibility to the Sunshine Coast hotspots.

Very nice area next to Peregian Beach. 5 min drive to the town, which is super nice with lots of cafeterias and shops and 15min to Noosa. The duplex is stunning, with all the furniture of top quality, uncommon elsewhere. Very nice pool that we used daily. We strongly recommend the place for families (we were two adults and two kids) or couples that want to visit the area or relax in a very comfortable place.

We arrived quite late, (Later than we had hoped) and entered very easily despite the darkness.....A Light had been left on indoors, which was a very nice touch! The apartment was VERY clean and tidy, beds very comfortable, and we wanted for nothing. Travellers with small childeren or elderly and infirm people should be aware that getting into "town" is a bit of a hike.....Its not far, but its quite "hilly" as us brits would say! Thats not in any way a complaint, more a point to note! We had a BBQ, swam in the pool and had a brilliant time during our stay in Noosa, The town itself is very vibrant, with TONS of food options... All in all I cant reccomend this place highly enough....Thanks to Ereca's place, we have just got home from the beat holiday we have ever had!

Natalie and Jamie are outstanding hosts! They were more then accommodating to our questions and needs. The location of the property is superb. We love the view and the proximity to the ocean. Close to hustle and bustle of Hastings Street, but private enough from main street tourist areas. We look forward to booking again in the near future.

Fabulous stay with Benjamin and Ashlea. They’ve done a beautiful job creating a modern, comfortable, aesthetically gorgeous space with all the details considered. Not to mention chocolate and other goodies on arrival. Felt like home and taken plenty of inspiration for our own flat! Our hosts were extremely friendly and responsive, would definitely stay again.

Ann’s beachside apartment was picture perfect. Spacious and clean, it had all the mod-cons for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent with access to the beach in front of the apartment and a 20 min stroll into Peregian for morning coffee! We just love being away from the hustle & bustle of Hastings St and Noosa, but being close enough to access the restaurants if needed. The best of both worlds! We’ll be back for sure.

Kerstin is super easy to communicate with. The place is extremely clean and in the perfect location. It looks exactly the same as the photos.

Cathy’s air bnb was such a gorgeous house to stay at for the weekend ! It’s such a beautiful open space, with the sun shining in for the winter which was so beautiful. Many areas to sit and drink/eat, a beautiful big table inside for dinners and a gorges balcony up top with a view of the ocean. The house was spotless, beds were so comfortable and the kitchen is huge ! So spacious and had everything we needed, we really did feel right at home. I ran the Noosa Half marathon and it was the best place to come back to and relax afterwards. The street is nice and peaceful and the beach is so close, we couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay at. Cathy was super helpful with checkin and very responsive if we needed anything. Will definitely keep this house in mind for next time!!

This was a really nice beach getaway for us with our fur baby! Felt like it was our very own beach shack, and you pay for that experience as well as having private, direct access to the beach. Great outside shower keeps everyone and everything tidy-- no dragging sand around. Beautiful space to be inspired. Peregian community is so welcoming and we felt like locals! Only suggestion-- it would be nice to have flyscreens on the bedroom windows so you can sleep to the sound of surf without the biting bugs coming in, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Steph for letting our family stay at your beautiful Sunshine Beach home! We had an incredible time relaxing at the beach a quick walk from the house, hiking the Noosa park and eating at some amazing restaurants in Noosa Head. Truly one of the greatest places on earth!

Great location - walking distance to beach, shops and great restaurants. Townhouse was beautifully presented and comfortable. Lots of little touches like milk in the fridge and lots of beach towels for guests to use. Host was a great communicator and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
