The cottage is located at Björköfjärden, the Bothnian Sea. In summer, there is access to a small motorboat located at the jetty. Around the cottage there is a wooden deck. Building year 2009. The house has fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, fridge and freezer, bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has one bedroom with adjustable beds and kitchen/living room with sofa bed and one loft with two mattresses. Outdoors there are tables and sun chairs. In winter when the ice is located, it is excellent location for winter fishing, skating or skiing.

The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water containers Gas stove with oven and gas fridge. The hot tub available Easter- end Oct. The hot tub is OK to use during Easter and in October.

Bedroom 1 has a single bed (120 cm) and bedroom 2 has a double bed (160 cm) and in the kitchen/living room there is a sofa bed. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Here, nature is all around and you can enjoy the lake view. In winter, you can enjoy a ski trip or ice skating on the lake. Hassela Ski Resort is 30 minutes from here. In summer, you can enjoy swimming at the village's swimming area, 200 meters from the cottage, fishing or nearby activities such as horseback riding. I want to rent out a simple cottage just a few meters from the lakefront with nice evening sun and a nice little garden, just 20 minutes from Hudiksvall. The cabin has electricity but no running water. There is a smaller boat with oars. The large cabin is equipped with tables, chairs and sofa. The kitchen has two stovetop burners, a fridge and a microwave. The bedroom has two bunk beds and two extra mattresses. The cottage is located only a kilometer from the popular fishing spot Långtjärn with implanted fish.
