They were responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and informed. The property itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that you’ll never tire of. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or winding down at sunset, the scenery is unforgettable. Every detail of our stay was carefully considered, and the experience was truly seamless. The combination of outstanding hospitality, luxurious comfort, and natural beauty made this one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had. This place is amazing! We enjoyed the apartment for two weeks as our home base to explore Sao Miguel. With its location in Lagoa it is the perfect getaway from the business of Ponta Delgada but still close enough to go on early whale watching tours.. or to any direction on the island. The kitchen is very well setup - we could prepare meals on multiple days but also enjoyed the walks to the nearby restaurants.. With breakfast and dinner on the roof top terrace this place is a unique find and we will be happy to stay again! Thank you for making such a place a reality!

Fantastic house. Good size open rooms. Great views. Wide driveway to park. Small store walking distance if you need food,coffee, beer. If you walk down the street it will bring you to the ocean. Gets very steep of a walk. Owners are friendly and quick to answer questions.

We had a wondeful time for our week there, great base to explore the island from (definitely recommend hiring a car). Loved sitting out on the patio looking over the ocean in the evenings and seeing the sunset. The bed was super comfy and a great shower too. Roxanne and Nuno were very responsive to any questions we had (and went out of there way to help us check-in early), highly recommend staying there.

Very nice accommodation, the house is really worthy of a dream house, the interior, the exterior, the architecture, really nothing to say, all were great. Even the little Valentine's Day decorations, or your thoughtfulness for my birthday was so kind and adorable of you. ☺️ We'll be happy to come back to your place the next time we visit this beautiful island. We had an amazing time at Laura's place! The house is very well equipped and spacious. the surroundings are beautiful and the view from the terrace is just stunning! Communication was great and we got complimentary fresh baked bread every morning which was delicious. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is looking for relaxing and the beauty of nature.

We loved staying in this little cottage by the sea. The days watching the waves break on the shore, and the nights curled up by the fire with a film - it was truly a beautiful place. Parking is easy and free, and there's a choice of two local restaurants (note one of them is currently closed for renovation, but the other one has great food albeit with no sea view). The property itself is perfect for a romantic getaway to the sea. Hearing the waves rip onto the sand at night was a special experience, and there's a waterfall in walking distance too. I would also strongly recommend the municipal hiking trail which we tried on a whim, but ended up being one of the best hikes we did in the Azores - it starts right next to the house! Most importantly, I need to shout out to Joao and his team. We had an issue with the bathroom and he fixed it within 24h, despite it being a public holiday in Portugal that day. We really appreciated how hard he worked to get it all sorted so quickly. Kudos!

Lovely home in adorable village. Short drive to bigger towns/shops/restaurants. Cute coffee shop just a short drive away that was perfect for breakfast. Nice big kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved having washer and dryer! Owners were very communicative and helpful with directions and answering any questions we had.
