The house is south-facing on an island near Örnsköldsvik. Canoe for two people and kayaks can be rented for a cozy ride around the island. Also, fishing poles to borrow. In the house there is one bedroom with a double bed. One small bedroom with a bunk bed and one small room with an extra bed. Also access to sofa bed for two people. 5-7 people can be accommodated without any problems.

Access to patio by the sea and barbecue area with nice views 500 meters nearby. You need a car to get here. Bring food because it's far to the nearest grocery store. (Husum). Normal size fridge/freezer. Outdoor toilet.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Here you can enjoy the silence and the nature. This simple accommodation is located at the top of Lake Stybbersmark. Here you have access to both a rowboat and a raft that you can go out and fish/swim from. If you like hiking, you have Arnäsleden just outside the courtyard. At the barbecue ring, you can then grill the fish you caught, or relax in the sauna that you have heated with both hot water and the generator, or just relax in front of one of the stoves.

Fully equipped kitchen and fire place in the main house. Fast wifi in both spaces. Separate sauna with wood stove.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas och kom tillbaka till det enkla okomplicerade livet med naturen utanför dörren. Vedeldad bastu, utedusch och badtunna för kallbad. Runtomkring finns skogar, berg och havet. 200 meter till vattnet med brygga och badmöjligheter. Finns ibland två supboards att låna, hör av er innan för det. Gångavstånd till badstrand, boulebana, utegym, grillplats. 40 minuter till Skuleskogens nationalpark! Landa, upptäck, njut! 🌞

There is a boat and kayak available if intrest exists. Trips are close by, you have the city Örnsköldsvik in just 35km near the farm. Or way not spend a day at the lovely Salusand beach, just 20 minutes away.
