The region is an eldorado for those who want to go on top hiking, skiing, kayaking, trail biking and much more. From the house you can see both the northern lights and the midnight sun - whether you're sitting out on the porch or in the living room. The store, car ferry, and gas station and pub are all within walking distance. Bus service to the Pool and Tromsø. Gorsabru is about 35km away. Lyngen's Alps, Storhaugen, Blåvatnet, Lynge's trappa are easily accessible. There are also good fishing spots nearby. If you have an accident, an on-call doctor can be found in Birtavarre in 17km away.
