Holiday rentals with a patio in Normandy

We had a great week at the property. The accommodation is at the foot of the dunes, in a few steps we are on the beach. The accommodation is also a few meters from the center, with a bakery, grocery store, and a few restaurants. The place is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing!!

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation was well beyond our expectations! Everything was conducive to relaxation, and the proximity to restaurants, shopping street, Seine quays… Were perfect. A nice apartment, well decorated and well equipped. Space is a real asset in a small room. A very cozy accommodation as its name perfectly suggests.

Nice studio right at the harbour! We felt right at home with our small dog and would come back anytime!

Fantastic stay. Easy to find and great that there was free parking on the road outside. The location was excellent for walking to shops, restaurants and all Caen has to offer. Made it easy having our own step free entrance from the street. The apartment is beautiful inside and spacious and safe for us and our young child. It was lovely that delphine provided a high chair, a good quality cot and some toys for our stay. The small private garden was well maintained and a great extra to the space. The small kitchen was enough for us to make basic meals and everything was clean and in working order. Delphine communicated promptly with us before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here. A great find in a great location.

Thank you for lovely stay at a beautiful house. the garden is definitely a bonus as are the games and ping-pong set which the children enjoyed. The house is pretty, tastefully decorated and is in a very sunny spot.

This pretty presbytery is full of charm and offered us a total disconnection. May not be very suitable for babies due to lack of sound insulation. Jean-Michel is a very kind and responsive host. I would recommned this property.

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

There are places where the heart finds a rest that the city does not offer, and suspended moments, woven with tender grass and rustling water. In Saint-Céneri-le-Gérei, in this cottage nestled by the river, time seems to stretch like a slow summer daydream. The mornings rise in the soft light of an ancient day, and the evenings go to bed under the discreet song of the foliage lulled by the breeze. There, every stone seems to carry the memory of happy silence, every nook and cranny breathes the simple peace of true things. The hosts, of rare kindness, welcomed us like long lost friends who we find with joy. Everything is care, delicacy, and human warmth. It's a stopover you never forget. Comfortable, well-kept home in walking distance to the expo center where we were attending events. The local recommendations were excellent, and overall we were very happy with our stay. Valeria met us when we arrived so that she could give us the keys and welcome us. She was flexible with our schedule.

Superb apartment, perfectly located between the port and the beach, all the shops downstairs from the residence. Sunset views! Perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends, we highly recommend it.

Ideally located apartment, away from the noise of the city. In 10/15 minutes you can be in the center of Deauville, the beach, the ferry to Trouville, the shops! Perfect hostess, attentive to vacationers, with attentions in the reception. I highly recommend this beautiful brand new apartment.
