The upper floor of our house

Welcome to rent the entire upstairs in our 30s house. It is suitable for 1–4 people; the living area is approximately 55 square meters (592 square feet). We are close to the old town center (there’s not much left of it, honestly), a grocery store, and restaurants. Ski trails and slalom slope are also close by. To new city center, it is about 4 km. To Icehotel in the village of Jukkasjärvi it is 17 km. Bus goes to both locations. From the balcony you will see the courtyard which is fenced and safe for children. A play park can be found on the other side of the street.

Summer/winter just as good. Ica is open every day all year round. Summer trails, skiing, alpine, scooter. Fishing and swimming. Two bedrooms suitable for family or 4 adults. Bunk bed in each room. Double lower bunk. Additional price for adults, NOK 650 per person per night. Children free. A camp bed can also be placed in one of the rooms at an additional cost. The house is located by E10, nice patio, good parking. Train station, grocery store and restaurant within walking distance. Spectacular train ride to Narvik city in Norway, about 50 min. train ride.

Bathroom with washing machine and sauna Foldable dining table provides plenty of space. TV, PS4 and board games available. Sleeps 7 (best for families, somewhat cramped for 7 adults). Practical exterior for skiing/equipment. Personal touch as we use the apartment ourselves periodically. In winter there can be a lot of snow, but equipment is available and entrance is usually always easily available.

Cozy apartment with local inspiration. With a bit of luck you will see aurora from the window. With more luck you will see a rocket launch from Esrange Space Center. You can ask your host who works at Esrange about upcoming launches. The apartment has a comfortable 160 cm bed for two people. The sofa can be changed into a 140 cm bed for two. The area is in the outskirts of Kiruna city, whith the wilderness nearby and great possibilities for your own northern light hikes. Some guests prefer to rent a car but it also possible to take taxi and bus. 900 m to train station 500 m to Kiruna Sleddogs Tour 1 km to Cafè 1,4 km to bus stop 2 km to supermarket

Close by you have forest walks, the ice road, cross country and down hill skiing, bath house, as well as easy access to a new grocery store, as well as restaurants and entertainment in the city center.

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå with private entrance, hall, bathroom and bedroom. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and simple utensils. There is street parking right outside the house. We live in the apartment next door. There is an interior door between the apartments but it is blocked and well insulated so it is not so sensitive between the apartments. Cozy and affordable accommodation!
