Built in 2019, the house with all amenities is located in a valued summer area, in the middle of a pine forest. 1 km away from Roosta holiday village, where there is a restaurant, adventure park, outdoor bar, parking lot, public sandy beach. The house has a spacious and bright kitchen-living room, 2 separate bedrooms, a sauna front room, a shower room, a steam room and a toilet. In addition, on the second floor there is a room with a balcony with a separate entrance. Use of the hot tub for an additional fee (with prior notice, price and conditions by agreement).

Juniper Minivilla – a place we created so you can leave the everyday noise behind and enjoy the rhythm of nature and simply being present. Here you can listen to the wind in the junipers and watch the sky change colors in the evening. The sauna is heated with wood and wood. The warm water of the Jacuzzi awaits you, regardless of the time and season, always warm up to 35 ºC. Sauna and jacuzzi are included in the price. There is also a barbecue facility, and we provide the charcoal. What could be more enjoyable than morning coffee on a private terrace!

We’ve put a lot of heart into this space and hope you’ll feel right at home. Just a 5-minute walk to the city center & shopping mall. From there, a 10-minute stroll down Haapsalu’s beautifully renovated main street leads to the Old Town. Across the street is a sports complex with courts, gyms, water park and skatepark.

Cozy and private cabin by the forest, just a 10-minute drive from Haapsalu and close to Matsalu National Park. Perfect for couples or solo travellers, featuring an upstairs sleeping loft with a king size bed. Downstairs there is a sofa bed with a 150x180cm size mattress for extra person, kitchenette and a cast iron stove. Outside you'll find a private yard with fireplace, BBQ grill, terrace and peaceful surroundings. The sea is 3,5km away. The host is nearby for support if needed.

The house includes a sauna, hot tub, a shower with heated floors, WC, an open living room and sleeping area in the “attic”. The house is equipped with WiFi, TV with Netflix access, coffee machine etc. Heating/cooling is provided by an integrated air conditioner. The house can be enjoyed all year round.

Silma Retreat The Hobbit House

A luxury apartment built in to the woods. From the apartment it is often possible to observe wild animals. Jacuzzi is included. A la carte breakfast can be served for extra fee of 18€ per person. Private beaches to complete the luxury experience. Rowing boat rent on the lake is included. For additional service (250€ for a day) it is possible to enjoy traditional Estonian smoke sauna on the island. Preparing it takes approx. 8-9h, so 2 days notice would be required.

In this unique and peaceful place you can relax. The apartment building is located in the center of the island, but is in a secluded area. You will have a lovely apartment with a kitchen/living room and a separate bedroom during your stay. There is a toilet/shower. The apartment has its own small balcony. Within walking distance are the forest, shop, tavern, community center and tavern Krog No 14. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
