Fyra sovrum med två bäddar i varje, trägolv i stor del av huset och sällskapsdel med kamin och TV. Fullt utrustat kök. Badrum m toa öv, separat toa nv. Lakan o handdukar mot ersättning. Toapapper, handtvål och handdiskmedel för första dygnet. Nära till strand, lekplats, minigolf, restauranger. Vacker natur med flera vandringsstigar utmed havet med utsikt över hav, berg och öar.

Hos oss bor du bekvämt i vår mysiga gäststuga, imitt i vackra Höga Kusten och med nära till många populära utflyktsmål, bad, vandringsled, skidspår, affärer, restaurang bensinmack. Elbilsladdare oinärområdet. Här finns ett välutrustat litet kök, matplats, allrum med soffa och öppen spis med pelletskorg. Trivsamt sovloft, egen ingång och egen altan. Grill finns att låna. Sovstugorna är möblerade med en familjesäng samt en enkelsäng. Naturtomt med altan/uterum och grillplats.

Stugan färdigställdes hösten 2022 och har tre sovrum. Om kvällarna kan middagen intas på altanen där det finns plats för många runt bordet. Vill man se lite folk promenerar man till fiskeläget för middag på någon av restaurangerna där.

We spent an entire week here with my girlfriend, another couple, and their 6-year-old, and we absolutely loved it. The house is spacious and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. Even though it was winter, the house stayed warm and cozy, and we thoroughly enjoyed all the fantastic features, including the piano, fireplace, and smart TV. There’s also a great selection of games to keep both kids and adults entertained, which we found really fun. Lars was an exceptional host—kind, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. One evening, he even messaged us to let us know that the northern lights were visible, which was such a memorable experience. He was always responsive and super helpful. Thank you, Lars, for making our stay so wonderful!

Wouther and Anki were the best hosts. They were really nice to us and I've never experienced such hospitality via Airbnb. We didn't want to leave! Much love to both of you Valle and Anki! We will definitely come back, hopefully next summer! Other than that, the house was amazing - clean, modern and super coisy! Worth every penny!

For the second time we stayed in Christer's house in Fällsvikhamnen. All the facilities you need are there, the house is very clean and the surroundings are beautiful. We hiked a lot to Rotsidan, and the southern entrance to Skuleskogen is a 50-minute drive away. Christer is fine in communication. I would love to come back in the future, to once again enjoy this fantastic house.

Everything about our stay was superb. Julius was so communicative and available even though it was Christmas and New year and sometimes I asked questions out of normal hours. The house feels like a home, toasty warm, comfy and with a lovely vibe. The views from the house, the veranda and the sauna are sublime. I’m almost reluctant to recommend this little piece of magic, for fear it will always be booked! I can’t say enough good things about our whole experience. Everything from the surroundings, the vibe, the interior, the host, the area, was outstanding, and quintessentially Sweden, we feel super lucky to have seen in 2025 there. With the northern lights as our backdrop!

Ruhige,abgelegene aber gepflegte Siedlung direkt an einem Golfklub. Im Winter war der Golfklub zu, deswegen super toll mit Hunden das Gebiet zu erkunden und bis ans Meer zu laufen.

Maria & Tiago's accommodation is beautiful. Directly on Höga Kusten Leden and close to Köpmanholmen, the Skuleskogen Park and the ferry to Trysunda are within easy reach - Örnsköldsvik is not far away either. Maria & Tiago respond very quickly to questions and are very helpful. A clear recommendation!
