House holiday rentals in North Adelaide

What a great place to stay. Old, but clean and specious with everything you would want including home grown tomatoes and homemade fig jam. the gardens, unfortunately affected by the drought, are great. We would have loved to see them in their full glory. The owners were great also and promptly top us up with a couple of items we were running out of. We would certainly stay again.

Our group had a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool and use of the projector. We enjoyed the space greatly and highly recommend to all. All communication was greatly appreciated. Thank you for having us. We would love to return again.

Had a great weekend in Glenelg for a friend's 60th. Short walk to Jetty road and the Marina for a multitude of dining choices. The home was comfortable and tidy. We were able to cook breakfast on the BBQ and for tea were able to use the kitchen for our seafood banquet. Due to it being such a cold weekend were unable to use the pool hut would expect it would be a great bonus for summer days. Loved watching the planes coming in over the ocean. We were a group of 6 adults.

We chose this property based on its location, size and the fact it had a large pool for the kids – it did not disappoint on any of these. Location was great for us, albeit a little further out of the city but our priority was to be close to the beach and as it was only one block away, it was perfect. The property is about a 15min walk from Semaphore centre which has plenty of amenities, small supermarket, restaurants and shops and with Henley beach less than a 10 minute drive away, there are plenty of options. The property has lots of space, the four bedrooms were a good size. The living areas were substantial as were the outdoor areas. The property would benefit from some cosmetic work, some paint was peeling off in some areas but this did not detract in any way from our stay. We would certainly stay at this property again. This place was great for what we wanted/needed. Plenty of space for myself, my wife, 18 month old daughter and in-laws. The house was as described in the listing and looks like the photos. Plenty of toys available for my daughter to play with and plenty of space for us all to relax. It’s in a nice area and it is easy to get anywhere. Nice quiet street. Good heating in the entire house and good water pressure in the shower. The hosts are extremely responsive to any messages. eg. when we arrived there was no cot or high chair (as we requested) but after a quick message, there was a brand new one of each on the doorstep within about 30 minutes. Brilliant service. A couple of improvements I could suggest would be having a remote for the front gate and some written instructions for the heating system (was easy enough to use once we worked it out tho) I would definitely recommend this place and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

What a find! Superb accommodation in the Adelaide Hills. Large gardens (with own resident koala and kangaroos). Beautiful surroundings, very tranquil. Furnished to a high quality throughout. Amazing responsive and friendly hosts. So glad we found this place. Highly recommended

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb twice now, and we already can’t wait to return again! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much care and attention to detail has gone into this home. It’s truly immaculate, spotless, beautifully styled, and incredibly welcoming. One of the standout features is the generous range of pantry and fridge supplies. It’s rare to find a place that goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home, and this one does exactly that. Every little touch has been thoughtfully considered. Our dog Charlie absolutely loved it too, it’s not always easy to find pet-friendly accommodation that also maintains such a high standard, but this one ticks every box. We felt completely at ease and so comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you again for creating such a relaxing and impressive space. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful space. Super clean and cozy all around. The beds were comfy, and the bedding was soft and warm. The couches were large and a great area for relaxing, especially with the fireplace going. It felt really private and peaceful, which made the stay even better. The heated floors in the bathroom were such a nice touch. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the space.

This apartment is fabulous. Beds are so comfy and great to have 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets when we had 6 people staying. The location is great as lots of restaurants on O’Connell st and easy access to public transport or you can walk into the city easily. Tuan was great with communication. Always so prompt and allowed me to get flowers delivered to the house before we checked in as the next day was a public holiday. The perfect host! Would highly recommend and will stay again. Highly recommend this property! Spotlessly clean and all the amenities you need :) Well furnished (it looks exactly like the photos and is warm and welcoming). Vivian was really friendly and always responsive, and there were some lovely treats waiting for us on arrival. And finally it's in a great location - beautiful quiet street with a park/playgound at the end, lovely walks...but still so close to the city and some great shops!

A nice quiet spot, close to the city. We had a very pleasant stay. Everything we needed & cute and cosy. A few take away and grocery shops walking distance. A really comfortable bed, enclosed parking suited to small car. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at John’s Listing . Fantastic position, easy to get into the city and lots of beautiful shops and restaurants along The Parade. The neighbourhood felt safe and was very quiet.

Great location and plenty of space, very quiet at the back of the block. Close to shops and restaurants and a short walk or bus trip to Adelaide Oval, Gardens and Zoo.

From our very first interaction, we knew Lucy was going to be an excellent host. Always friendly and quick to reply, Lucy answered all our questions and provided local recommendations for our specific needs. The home itself (and it felt like our home for an all-too-brief time) was stunning. Two well-equipped floors, with all the equipment promised in the listing (and a few more) made this an excellent base for exploring the beautiful nearby beaches. We had two rainy days, but we actually really enjoyed a mid-holiday chill out in this remarkable property. Sunsets from one of the two balconies were memorable. Realistically, we're unlikely to actually need to use the property in the future (unless another neice decides to get married in Adelaide) but I would never rule out conjuring up a reason to visit Seacliff again, just so we could stay here. It's really that special.

Megan’s place was really comfortable and enjoyable to stay at. She has thought of lots of little extras that make your stay great. I would stay here again!

This was the perfect house for our stay in Adelaide. The beds were very comfortable with lovely sheets. Plenty of clean towels and gorgeous bathroom products. Having the bedrooms upstairs (and two baths!) was great. They were private and quiet and had ceiling fans! Having the discreet spaces downstairs (kitchen area, courtyard, lounge and study) meant everyone could comfortably do their own thing; watch tv, do yoga, do some work, hangout together, read etc. The house is in a great location. It’s quiet and a short walk to lovely shops and a great local pub. It was a 15 minute walk to the botanical gardens. Highly recommended!

I found Little Forest Retreat to be a wonderful experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is designed beautifully, every convenience is catered for. The bed is comfortable with beautiful linen. It has a great courtyard that catches the sun around mid morning at the moment & is very Private. I loved being able to walk to Mitcham Shopping centre, such a great centre with a movie theatre, only a 5 min walk, also the Train is only a block away. There was nothing I would wish to change or add, all needs are catered for. The hosts Mandy & Rachel answered any queries quickly, they were delightful, respectful and helpful. I will be back to stay. Thank you very much.

Excellent stay - beautiful home and very comfortable. Driveway is very narrow, but we knew that beforehand. Plenty of street parking available. One suggestion for second bathroom - shower floor is quite slippery when wet - it needs a non-slip shower mat of some sort between shower and bath.

We had such a fantastic stay at Elegance on Elizabeth! The house is absolutely beautiful — a perfect blend of old-world charm with all the modern style and convenience you could hope for. The location is spot on, right next to lovely cafes and the railway station, making everything super easy. Carla was incredibly attentive and responsive to any questions or requests, and all the information provided was clear and helpful. Honestly, this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The weather wasn’t on our side during our visit, but that actually worked out perfectly — the house was so comfortable and well set up that we were more than happy to spend extra time inside. Fantastic place. Watched dolphins and seals from balcony. A special place to stay

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. When I walked into the home it felt so warm and cozy. The character home was beautifully updated to a modern touch, still keeping the period features. One of my dogs slept in the kitchen soundly. My other doggie slept in my car soundly. It was peaceful and quiet at night. Kelly was so lovely helping me out for an extra night. I highly recommend this property and Kelly was a brilliant host.
