this stay was very comfortable, very clean, comfortable mattress, convenient to the metro and walkable to the American College of Greece. local corner store with all of the essentials and a quiet and peaceful stay. felt like Really Being in Greece.

I had not been to Agia Paraskevi in earlier trips to Athens - Ouiliam's loft is on a quiet side-steet, had an updated kitchen, the bed was incredibly comfortable. I arrived very early and Ouiliam was able to get me into the place earlier than expected ! That was such a life-saver. Very responsive and quick. I would definitely stay here again.

Ηταν όλα τέλεια, πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, πολύ φιλική και ευέλικτη η Κωνσταντίνα στα θέμα άφιξης- αναχώρησης! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Πρόκειται για το καλύτερο κατάλυμα που έχω διαμείνει στην Αθήνα. Ένα καταπληκτικό διαμέρισμα, πεντακάθαρο, σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία με τη στάση του μετρό Χαλάνδρι 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το σπίτι αποπνέει οικογενειακή φροντίδα και μεράκι. Ο οικοδεσπότης Παύλος φροντίζει για κάθε λεπτομέρεια της διαμονής. Δεν χρειάστηκε να κάνω απολύτως τίποτα, όλα τα είχε τακτοποιήσει ο Παύλος πριν χρειαστεί να ζητήσω κάτι. Το σπίτι προσφέρει οτιδήποτε μπορεί να φανταστεί κάποιος, πλήρη εξοπλισμό κουζίνας μαζί με αναλώσιμα. Αυτό που μας έκανε ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση ήταν η αίσθηση φιλοξενίας και φροντίδας. Όταν μπήκαμε στο σπίτι μας περίμεναν απίστευτες λιχουδιές σχεδόν σε κάθε δωμάτιο...καραμέλες, νερά, χυμοί, αναψυκτικά, μπύρες, σοκολάτες, κρουασάν, ξηροί καρποί, μαρμελάδες, βουτυράκια κλπ...με απλά λόγια σου εξασφαλίζει ένα πρόχειρο σνακ για κάθε ημέρα παραμονής! Τα κλινοσκεπάσματα και οι πετσέτες μοσχοβολούσαν και η τακτοποίηση θύμιζε...μαμά! Η καλύτερη επιλογή για διαμονή!!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

A very nice and quite place to stay during a short stay. Very close to supermarkets, bus station and coffee shops. Easily accessible to local private hospitals, shopping Malls, Kifisia with fast public transport connections to the city centre. Thank you Dionyssos for accomodating us at your place.

Απίστευτο διαμέρισμα σε κεντρικότατο σημείο κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ κοντά στο μετρό σε εστιατόρια κ σε μαγαζιά….Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ένα διαμαντάκι πεντακάθαρο και είχε οτιδήποτε μπορεί κάποιος να χρειαστει..με απόλυτη σιγουριά θα ερχόμουν να μείνω ξανά στο χώρο σας…

Saubere Wohnung mit schöner Dachterrasse. Perfekte Lage mit guter Verbindung ins Zentrum und an den Flughafen und viele gute Kaffees und Restaurants in der nähe.

Sotiris is a very friendly host ready to help. The apartment is cozy and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is very central and close to the metro station. Despite its central location, it also quiet. During my stay, Sotiris upgraded the wifi connection, so it was easy for me to work online and having videoconferences without interruptions. I recommend this place as money for value for staying and working on-line for a couple of days in Athens!

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη άμεση και αποτελεσματική. Η ιδιωτική θέση parking, πολύ χρήσιμη! Ακριβώς κάτω από το κατάλυμα υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείων και ο οικοδεσπότης είχε φροντίσει να μας προσφέρει και δύο εισιτήρια για τις μετακινήσεις μας. Η γειτονιά,αν και αρχικά σου δίνει την εντύπωση ότι είναι κάπως απομακρυσμένη, διαθέτει κάποια καταστήματα που μπορούν να καλύψουν όλες τις ανάγκες σας. Αν λοιπόν ψάχνετε για ένα κατάλυμα στην ευρύτερη περιοχή,το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

We had a nice stay at the apartment. It was convenient to visit our friends who live in the area. We loved how walkable the neighborhood is, close to the center of Halandri, as well as to the ‘remma’ (creek with path) and Metro. The apartment is well-equipped, though we didn’t need to use most of the appliances. Iraklis was friendly and very prompt to reply.

This was a beautiful place to stay! Close to trains and shops. Giannis was a brilliant host extremely accommodating. The apartment was perfect for all 4 of us. Perfectly heated. I would love to stay here again.

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία από ένα ευγενεστατο κύριο. Πολύ καθαρό σπίτι με όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεται μια τετραμελής οικογένεια... Συνίσταται ανεπιφύλακτα...

Tout était parfait. Nous avons été reçus et traités comme des rois. Dîner en amoureux loin de la foule Athénienne et profiter du jacuzzi en admirant le coucher du soleil, puis se réveiller le matin toujours avec cette même vue incroyable sur l’acropole sont des moments de vie privilégiés que mon épouse et moi garderons longtemps en mémoire… Merci Agis et Gina ❤️❤️

C’était incroyable mais c’est très bruyant, assurez-vous d’avoir des bouchons d’oreilles pour dormir !

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Tout est parfait : la vue est incroyable, dans le SPA c'est le next level !!! L'appartement est impeccable, propre , moderne et decoré avec gout et avec tous les conforts. Le parking est très pratique si vous louez une petite voiture. Bref, mon epouse aussi ne voulait plus repartir 😊 Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir, merci Konstantinos et Dan !!!

Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for beautiful views from your private terrace all the while being conveniently close to Restaurants/bars

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

Romanos 5th floor apartment in Athens worked well for our stay. It is a large studio apartment with beautiful windows on both sides, a large deck and an amazing view of the Acropolis. It is in an excellent area with great restaurants and close to everything. We felt very comfortable there. The bathroom really needs to be redone since the shower is in a jacuzzi tub that doesn’t have a flat bottom. We knew this when we booked because very accurate photos were included. We loved the rest of the apartment and appreciated the cancellation policy so we booked anyway. If the bathroom was redone with a normal shower, this apartment would be ideal for everyone. As it is, I would recommend anyone with mobility issues to choose something different. It worked fine for us. Romano responded quickly to our communications and was very helpful with recommendations. We loved Athens and had a great stay.
