Great location and so close to the beach. Walking distance to the country club. Lovely house with great pool and lovely ocean views from the top balcony.

We absolutely loved staying here! It is a such a beautiful home and in a great location. So close to Avoca town centre as well as great local walks to cafes, shops and the beach. The house was beautifully kept and had everything we needed. Being so close to the lake was such an added bonus! Felicity even provided a fantastic travel cot and highchair for our little ones. It's a great place to stay both with or without kids. As a family of 5 with 3 babies we were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. We will certainly be back. Highly highly recommend!

This is a beautiful lakehouse that balances the charm of a well-loved family home with the glamour of gorgeous architecture and beautiful lake views. You get the most wonderful sunset from the deck but I also highly recommending sitting by the lake in the early morning. If the lake is still enough, it becomes a perfect mirror of the sky and the occasional pelican will float on by. The host, Justin, was also very friendly, generous, and responsive. Highly recommend for a stay a group of friends or big family.

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

Ziona’s beautiful home was perfect for my little birthday trip with friends. The house was stunning and had mostly everything we needed for our stay! The front door is a bit temperamental but once knowing how it works/ how to do it there is no issues!! Very quite neighbourhood and is perfect for morning or afternoon walks/ runs with the beach also very close. Ziona was extremely helpful throughout our stay with recommendations in regards to food and drinks, aswell as small things we may needed help with: heating the pool, front door, fuze box And was very responsive. Overall our stay was beautiful and would definitely book with her again.

Their hospitality was unmatched, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our kids had an absolute blast playing on the property. We were lucky enough to borrow the kids toys, which kept everyone entertained. The property itself is stunning, with a lovely pool that provided endless fun and relaxation. Every corner of the home felt inviting and cozy. We couldn't have asked for a better retreat for our family and friend’s. Thank you for your warmth and kindness; we can't wait to return! We had an extended stay at Alisha's property while doing renovations on our home, and it was a great experience. The property was clean and well presented, Alisha was always friendly, helpful and responsive, and it's in a beautiful quiet location close to the bus stop.

We had a lovely family getaway at this beautiful home. The space itself is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for spending quality time together—especially with the pool and outdoor area, which have so much potential for relaxing and making memories. Although we encountered a few hiccups during our stay, the host was incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing them, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this property could be a standout holiday home. We’re grateful for the hospitality and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you again for hosting us!

Chloe is a great host, she provided very clear instructions and was extremely responsive Her place is very bright and the sunset from her deck was beautiful. You can easily walk to surrounding beaches and take a short drive to nice places to eat. Being able to take our dog with us was a great bonus. Her place is fully fenced with plenty of apace for them and an off-leash beach area in walking distance. Loved it !

The photos don’t do this house justice - it is even more beautiful than they suggest, if you can believe it. The house is tucked into a quiet valley with a gorgeous view, only 5 minutes drive from a number of beaches. It’s comfortably designed with lovely quirks and has everything you need. Can’t recommend enough!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The views were stunning, and the surrounding area was so peaceful and serene — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The kitchen and pantry were incredibly well-stocked, which made cooking at home really convenient. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel welcoming and practical, and it’s very well suited for a longer stay. We also loved the great local café nearby — it quickly became our go-to for coffee and breakfast. Stephen was a fantastic host: clear, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. We’d happily return and highly recommend this stay to others!

Super easy check in, amazing views, and everything you could need Loved it

Imagine waking up to the birds singing then having a cup of coffee on the balcony, watching sunrise over the quiet bay with a breathtaking view. Heaven!! photos on the ads really don't do its justice. The house was fully equipped. Functional kitchen with all the appliances to cook up a storm, all sort of seasonings, cookwares to use. Even with my chef background who often got frustrated in most airbnb's kitchens, i couldn't fault this one. Extremely clean, tidy with a tasteful decor, a tranquil view similar to that of a well kept resort villa in Bali or Thailand. Drive way to the garage was pretty steep but nothing a good driver couldn't handle. The garage was a bit short for our car (will fit a compact car), so we parked in front of it, there was also street parking. The host, Anna, is lovely and even kindly offering early check-in and late checkout without us even asking. This was the best airbnb house we have stayed in NSW. 5+stars and definitely will book again in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic short stay at this house with our family. An older home that has been tastefully updated and well-considered. Not pretentious, comfortable with a focus on the breathtaking views over the Patonga township and water below. Taking cues from the adjacent bush, distant headlands and coastal views, the comprehensive interior upgrades and choices, colours and furniture are relaxed and calming, we felt at home immediately. It doesn't have a new blingy kitchen or bathroom, but it doesn't need it at all. They have been refreshed and have everything you need for cooking up a storm. The landscaping/gardens, heated pool, firepit and sauna are stunning and clearly designed by someone who knows what they are doing. Really friendly and helpful hosts We'll be back.

Seamless check in, beautiful property and great location - we had an amazing stay with extended family (including with an 18 month old and an 80 year old). Floor to ceiling windows for a stunning view, watching the sunrise every morning was something special - would not hesitate to stay again!

Mona’s place is beautiful and has everything you need to relax and unwind. The Sauna and ice bath were a hit and we loved that we were so close to the beach. We didn’t need to go shopping for essentials as Mona provided much more than we expected. The place was also sparkling clean so I can highly recommend it.

If you're looking for a place to take a NDIS participant for respite whilst keeping their daily routine and building life skills this little flat is perfect. Would not reccomend for Participants with mobility issues. It melted my heart when my participant said "I can see myself living in a place like this". Linen was clean, towels were Sheridan and kitchen had all the appliances to make home cooked meals. the private patio was a bonus to watch the birds in the morning. Location near Erina fair or Bateau bay square. So easily could buy supplies. Definitely coming back again.

what an absolutely beautiful home. from the moment I booked with Glenyss, it was an extremely smooth and easy experience. she is super attentive. upon arrival she had a welcome basket, which was amazing. the girls really enjoyed that extra gesture. house was clean. location was stunning. I can't rave enough about the place.

BOOK THE STAY! Words can’t describe how much we enjoyed our weekend here. The hosts are responsive and helpful, the short boat transfer from the marina is seamless ( thanks Collin), and the views from the house are unbeatable. The wifi is fast, the smart TV’a were great , the house is well stocked, and you have everything you need to relax. We had an absolutely magical time and though we live out of the country we will make every effort to come back!

Our family of 9 adults and 2 littlies stayed at Ahara house for a long weekend getaway! Was like a wellness retreat! Sauna & plunge pool were well used! Beautiful area to walk in, playground close by for toddler….Ineka gave plenty of great recommendations for walks & eating spots! Living area perfect for family gatherings & board games played into the wee morning hours!! We had a wonderful time! Thank you!
