Pet-friendly holiday rentals in North Beach

We stayed at Trevor’s Air B&B to support my boyfriend in an Ironman 70.3 and couldn’t have been more happy with the proximity to the event. We greatly appreciate Trevor’s kindness, responsiveness and accommodations. Would absolutely recommend this place!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The layout was perfect for spending quality time together while still giving everyone space to unwind. Private beach access made it even more special—we made great memories, met some lovely neighbors, and even had a chance to paddle board and spot a stingray! Huge shout-out to Leigh, our amazing host—so thoughtful, responsive, and kind. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Clare and Chris could not be nicer and easier to work with. My family/friends have been getting together since 1994 and have been to many great Airbnb's and VRBO's. My group could not stop telling me how great of a week we had. The primary features that were import to us which the house scored big are as follows: It has a dock (we arrived via boat), The kitchen is big, laid out for many "Cooks", The kitchen was open to the dining room table, The dining room table is open to the sitting areas, The pool was clean and inviting, The fire pit with seasoned firewood was a big hit for our group, All the beds were comfortable, The bedrooms were large and comfortable, The baths were clean, modern & large and The location to "What to do in Cambridge" is only 7-10 miles away. We made prearrangements: Richardson Maritime Museum to have a guided tour with David Williams on Friday and Spocott Windmill with George Radcliff. Both of these tours were fascinating. Our weekend was 5-Stars.

Dave's place is beautiful! Sunsets are breathtaking! The place is perfect for 2 or 3 couples. Great restaurants 5 minutes away. We loved The Fisherman's Inn, the food was fabulous, and a great value.

My family of 10 had a great stay here! There was plenty of space to spread out and the location is perfect and serene. We were able to fish out on the dock and caught a few spot! One of the friendly neighbors even stopped by to offer some raspberries from their bush and extra firewood. We did run into an issue after check in with one of the bathrooms, but Karina was quick to respond and sent someone out to handle it as quickly as possible. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great stay! No issues and excellent communication. Close to downtown. Very responsive and had all kinds of amenities. I would stay again.

We found Paul’s home very comfortable and accommodating. Paul was accessible when we reached out to him and he communicated well with us. It was a very nice location with a fantastic view of the bay, as we hoped for.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Wonderful space to have a quiet weekend away. The space is beautiful and very inviting. Heather was extremely responsive and offered some great dog-friendly restaurants within walking distance. We loved having the park across the street and the rooftop deck was a great bonus! Would definitely recommend the Fox Den!

Cute & spacious boho apartment. My family of 5 was very comfortable inside. Metro & restaurants were close by (5 min or less walk). Free parking pass was great. Currently there is a lot of construction happening in the parking garage and on the street but it wasn’t too loud and once you got used to the few streets that were closed it was easy to drive and walk around the neighborhood.

We LOVED the space! We’ve been working on downsizing and the layout and hidden storage areas were exactly what we want in our future home. It was so, so comfortable. So much so that we never did use the hot tub that we really wanted to use 😂 We enjoyed the space and just vegged. We were doing Safety Patrol for the Bay Bridge Swim and there was plenty of room for our jet skis & double trailer. Wonderful hosts. Even joined us on the pool deck (upon invitation) for some friendly conversation. Cinnamon the golden was a sweetie too. Wonderful experience. Don’t hesitate to book. You won’t be sorry.

The Woodland retreat is an amazing getaway! My sister and I were extremely happy to spend a weekend at the pool and can't wait to visit again soon!

This place is an absolute gem. We’ve stayed in everything from sleek modern homes to charming older properties, and this one truly stands out. Although built in the early ’90s, it has a unique colonial charm that feels timeless. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and comfortable, with plenty of drawer and closet space for everyone. While it’s listed as a four-bedroom, there’s an additional upstairs room perfect for an air mattress, making it easy to accommodate up to 10 guests. What really drew us here was the peaceful setting—and it didn’t disappoint. The pool sits in front of the house, while the back opens to serene water views. Both areas offer spacious, covered and open seating to relax, rain or shine. In fact, we spent our first rainy evening on the covered back porch, just soaking in the view. We also brought our dogs, who absolutely loved having so much room to explore. The fully fenced yard gave us peace of mind, which made the stay even more relaxing. The hosts were

We returned to this gorgeous home for a second time this summer for a full week’s stay. Not only is the home, landscaping and views beautiful, the house is well equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, especially the kitchen. We enjoyed finding shark teeth on the private beach, relaxing in the hammock and taking drives into town which is just a short trip away. Nicholas was a super helpful and responsive host. Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

The house was beautiful and made us feel right at home. Having a washer and drying was also game changing and allowed us to be pack lighter than usual. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I will definitely be coming back!

Lori was and excellent host. Her home has been one of our favorite stays. Lori let us check in a little early on our day. She was always very responsive and caring. There were Tornado warnings in the area during our stay and she reached out to let us know. Her home is very clean. Beautiful home with beautiful decor. We felt like we were home. She has a cute area for the fur members of the family. Our pooch was very happy. The outside area is perfect to sit and relax. If you are in the area and Lori home is available book it. This was a fantastic vacation rental- the kids’ favorite yet! You can’t beat the views and the proximity to the beach and shops. There is also a playground, library, ice cream shop, and pizza just a block away. The host had snacks, water, and milk available for us and the kids when we arrived, which was very welcome after a long car ride! And having beach chairs and beach umbrellas for use made our beach days so much better! We brought our paddle board and launched it off the local beach which was quite fun. Annapolis and DC are both far drive and, when we weren’t enjoying the local amenities, we found plenty to do just an hour drive or less away. I highly recommend this rental. Christopher was amazing! His flat made me feel so safe! If we ever find ourselves back in DC, we will be staying here again! He was really kind and easy to work with. I’m happy with our stay!
