My wife and I were looking for a place to stay last minute and this did not disappoint! We enjoyed the location, privacy, and home like feeling. We definitely recommend this place to anybody that wants privacy, but still close enough to the vibrant Miami Beach area! Great host!

Communication with the hosts was always very quick and smooth. I had an unexpected delay with my flight, and they kindly allowed me to check out late. It’s a very functional apartment for families. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the photos. The building is very large, and valet parking can be slow. The pool is a good size, and we never had trouble finding a lounge chair. It’s easily accessible, and the apartment provides a beach umbrella and chairs. The towels for the beach are the same as the bathroom towels, which are small. However, there are enough towels to have separate ones for the bathroom and for the pool/beach. The beds are comfortable. We were missing some blankets, and they brought them to us immediately. The showers work well, and there are plenty of pillows. Kitchen does not provide salt, pepper, napkins… but there are grocery stores nearby.

I absolutely loved everything about this property. It was right on the beach and the views were incredibly amazing! It came with everything we needed and everything www nearby and convenient. Check in was easy and instructions were prompt. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a peaceful getaway. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Sara was extremely efficient with her communications, quick to respond and extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the complex very good , amazing views from pool area and gym . If I had to make any points for future guests it’s just be aware there’s a resort fee of $52 /day which travelling from UK was a new thing to us , and being on the quieter side with Downtown views meant we needed to use Ubers to get to and from South Beach or walk 25 mins . It served our purpose nicely and having the kitchen area with fridge and hob worked perfectly . We enjoyed our stay

This business went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing stay. From early check in and allowing us to park 5 hours early to having beach towels-chairs- and an umbrella…they exceeded my expectations. AC units in the rooms were perfect and kept the room the perfect temperature to beat the Florida heat. Hot coffee was available in the lobby. Staff were super friendly and responsive. The enviroment Itself was quiet and calm with no nosey neighbors! Comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower. I would definitely stay here again!!

Jessica’s place was clean and spacious. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Love the rain head shower. Jessica was quick to respond to our questions.

awesome experience. we enjoyed our stay. the private pool was great and the home has everything you need. clean and the host Steven was very nice and helpful.

Stay was perfect. Had issues with Tesla charger and she had someone on site within an hour fixing and troubleshooting the issue, fixing it and going above and beyond with any help, questions, concerns etc. I stayed with my family and although the pool is not gated the house itself had perfect child lock on the back door to prevent any accidents etc. kids loved the PS5 and arcade machine. Pool is warm and perfect to cool off, grill and entertainment like pool table, ping pong table etc kept everyone entertained.

Our stay was amazing! Neil and Michelle were the ideal hosts. During our stay, my oldest son turned 18, so they coordinated with me to ensure a birthday cake and candles were there waiting when we arrived after a 14 hour drive. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I can’t brag enough how kind and amazing they were. If you’re looking for a peaceful and private home away from home, I highly recommend booking!

We had such a great time here for a mom's only vacation! Everything was beautiful and just as described. Restaurants and the area around are extremely walkable. Would definitely come back again!

I had a great experience in the house. I love the house. I felt like home. It was very cozy and it has everything i need for our perfect stay. Location is unbeatable, close to everything. Ac works great which is a big thing in Florida during Summer. The host was always available when I reached him. 100% recommended

This was a beautiful home! My friends and I enjoyed staying here a lot and loved how spacious the home was. Everything was clean and ready for us and we have no complaints.

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

The flat was immaculate and very clean.Initially we had a couple of issues with the AC as we were not familiar with the controls but Valerio immediately responded and sorted this out for us. We would highly recommend this calm space and we would return.Thanks for a great stay

The room, the balcony view, location, price, and customer service was excellent. My experience was excellent booking with Confidante. I highly recommend grabbing this room when it’s available.

Le was a great host! She went above and beyond throughout our whole trip. The condo is very clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed the direct access to the beach and the pool, as well as the many restaurants nearby. Le has thought about everything and provided everything needed for the beach and more. We will be sure to book this when we return to Miami!

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !
