The building itself, is an original build from the Art Deco period (1930’s)and the apartment is light, airy and well appointed. There are 2 frontages. The main on Brighton Boulevarde with our letterboxes and the lower entrance, 2 floors down on Ramsgate Avenue. The view pictured is a location shot taken from the stairwell in the hallway, (not the apartment itself). With just a 100m walk to Bondi Beach, this lovely apartment is perfect for couples or singles wanting an escape from everyday life.

A well-organized sleeping area features a queen bed with white bedding and decorative pillows. A small black chair and a clothing rack are observed, alongside a window letting in natural light. The floor is covered in light-colored wood, enhancing the cozy ambiance.

It is close, but detached from the house. It consists of a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom/shower/toilet and washing machine, kitchenette and relaxing outdoor space.
