Thorupgaard – Glamping for the whole family. We enjoy being able to offer our guests a break from a hectic everyday life. Here, there's time to play with the family's youngest, with our cute cats, and with the farm dog, Ace. He's a big, happy dog who loves to talk to our guests. Enjoy the sight of the cattle grazing in the field. Go to the barn to pet the rabbits. Kids are also very welcome to help the farmer feed the animals. Out in the large courtyard, there is also space for play and relaxation: a large sandbox with a swing set, a playhouse, a slide, and bicycles and scooters, etc. And chairs and tables for the adults. There is a campfire area in the "forest" that you are very welcome to use. You'll be staying in a 28-square-meter, older tent with window panels, so you'll have a view of the starry sky. The tent is 2 years old and therefore shows signs of wear from wind and weather, and it is no longer snow-white, but it is fully functional. The tent is furnished with a 1 3/4 bed, 2 single beds, a dining table with 4 chairs, a wardrobe rack with 1 towel per person, bathrobes and flip-flops, 4 armchairs with 2 small tables, and glasses and mugs. Bed linens are on the beds when you arrive (we would be so happy if you could remove the bed linens upon departure and place them on the floor. Thank you) Service and kitchen utensils, etc., are in the small kitchen next to the café. Next to the small kitchen, there is a toilet with a bath. Breakfast, which is included in the price, is served in the café. On the terrace, there is a large outdoor hot tub, which is heated by the accompanying wood-burning stove. It's a wonderfully lovely experience to sit in the warm water and enjoy the view over the fields. Here you can enjoy the company of people you care about and maybe have a little drink or two. We're happy to help you get the fire started, but after that you have to keep the fire going in the wood-burning stove by adding wood about every half hour until you reach the desired temperature. It usually takes 4-5 hours. Firewood can be purchased from us or brought by you. You can purchase a heated wilderness bath for DKK 900, including firewood. You can also rent a cold water tub filled with cold water and ice cubes. A fantastic experience to jump from the warm water into the ice-cold water. If you book more than 1 night, we will give you a 12% discount on the entire stay. Thorupgaard Farm Shop & Grill Cafe. In the spring of 2023, we built a combined farm shop and grill cafe in the old pigsty. The shop/café is cozily decorated with furniture, utensils, and decorative items from a bygone era. In the freezer at the farm shop, you'll find delicious, tender beef from our own Dexter cattle. Our cattle roam the fields and meadows all year round. The calves always stay with their mothers and get breast milk for as long as they want. This natural life produces healthy, strong animals that are very rarely sick and therefore don't receive medication. And you can taste it in the meat. Since our cattle are beef cattle, they do NOT receive Bovares. We have different cuts: steaks for the grill or pan, short ribs, beef tenderloin, etc. However, we make reservations that certain cuts may be sold out. Beer, water, and wine in the cooler. In addition, we also have mead, honey, and crafts from local artists. In the grill cafe, we have burgers, all made with meat from our cattle, grilled chicken, French fries, a kebab mix, and a sausage mix. We sell Hebbelstrupgaard Bondegaard's ice cream, which is made with cream and milk from Hebbelstrupgaard's own cows. Ice cream made the way our grandmother made it, with only pure ingredients and no colorings or additives :-) You can also order food to make yourself: "Make-your-own mini pizzas," pancake dough with toppings, or popcorn. Glamping in the middle of Rold Forest

The tent is a luxury glamping tent with full standing height and plenty of space inside. It's in a completely secluded location surrounded by trees, so you can enjoy the tranquility and nature. There are windows so you can see the sky and stars, as well as a small oven so you can heat water or relax indoors if the weather and temperature call for it. The hammock and lounge furniture are designed for complete relaxation, perhaps after a long walk in the woods. Here, you can enjoy the sound of the stream and the other sounds of the forest completely undisturbed.

Thy Glamping

At Thy Glamping, you get the freedom and comfort of nature and can enjoy the unique view of Thy with sunrise and sunset over the North Sea. 28 sqm glamping tent with wood-burning stove and good beds, towels and bedding included. There is access to a private bathroom and toilet, as well as access to firewood and a campfire area, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and an air fryer. Tableware for 4 people. Opportunity to borrow bikes and explore the area at your own pace. There is access to electric vehicle charging for a fee. 9 km to Agger and the beach.

Stenbækgård Farm Glamping

Stenbækgård was built in 1876. It is a small, secluded place to stay in the middle of the open landscape, overlooking the fields and with a view of the fjord. The tent is in a private location, and there is easy access to a shelter with a shower and toilet. The outdoor kitchen has everything you need and is equipped with a gas burner and a gas grill, as well as basic supplies. Campfire sites, firewood, standard grill, and charcoal. Bedding and towels (100% cotton) are included. Breakfast is served in/by the tent and consists mainly of organic products.

Enjoy the lovely surroundings in this romantic tent in nature. You can drive down to the tent, where there's a campfire area, a Weber gas grill, a water tank, a camping toilet, tables, and chairs. The tent is furnished with 2 playpen mattresses with duvets and pillows, as well as coconut rugs on the floor. Extra bedding for 1 additional person can be purchased for DKK 250/person. Wood-fired wilderness bath can be booked for 200 kr. Shared pool and toilet/sink/outdoor shower by the pool. There is a discount for multiple nights.

Glamping holiday in a secluded private forest.

Here you get close to nature. Enjoy the view from this 28 m2 luxury glamping tent, with a large made bed, duvets from Fossflakes, wooden terrace, own bathroom in the middle of the forest, outdoor shower and a completely unique, peaceful atmosphere. The tent is located in a private forest, so you are undisturbed. In the evening, you can turn on the lanterns or take a star look through the transparent top of the tent. You can cook on a gas grill or a trangia. There is a pot/pan/coffee maker available.

Glamping - fjord view

The tent is the same as Glamping stargazing, and the night sky can also be enjoyed here through the panoramic roof. But in the two fjord view tents, you step directly out of the tent for an enchanting view of Mariager Fjord. The aesthetic design elements inspired by Jim Lyngvild's passion for the Nordic mythology of the Viking Age spreads a definite coziness in the tent. Both tents are 19 square meters with room for up to 4 beds, and come made up with duvets and pillows for a good night's sleep.
