Condo holiday rentals in North Fort Myers

Absolutely perfect for me and my husband! Close to everything, fairly walkable to the beach. Room was neat & clean. Host has thought of everything, beach chairs, wagon, towels you name it, it was there. I would also like to add we only saw maybe 2 people our entire time here. It was incredibly private even though it’s a condo. Pools were also nice! Would absolutely stay here again!!!

This condo was perfect for our getaway to Southwest Florida. Excellent host and very friendly! We will be certain to visit again!

We LOVED our stay. It was so peaceful and the view from the balcony was magical. The care/communication was top notch! Highly recommend!

I stayed for a week and felt right at home, I did at first think it was a 2-bedroom apartment, it was only 1 room, but the living room had a couch/ bed and it worked just as well. the place was great it had the laundry right in front of the apartment and the parking was right Infront as well, they have a pool at a walking distance and a gym which was great. overall, it was a great place to stay.

So impressed. Lindsey was an extremely responsive and personable host. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with what we needed to make our stay enjoyable. There were not many guests during our stay, so the pool area was quiet. We loved the view of the large pool area from our balcony. Would definitely rent this condo again since the location is convenient to many good restaurants, grocery store, the beach, and, more importantly, to where our son lives in Bonita Beach.

What a wonderful place!!! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Had all the things we needed/wanted and more! Great location and beautiful view of the ocean. Easy walk to get to a nice beach. The beds were all SO comfortable. Kelly had a variety of sand toys for the kids, beach chairs/umbrella, and a variety of floaties. She was also quick to respond and SO helpful with the questions I had. Highly recommend staying at her place! Thank you Kelly for sharing your home!

Where do I begin? We had an amazing week & Rose’s place & recommendations exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is a hidden gem. We loved its proximity to the beach, restaurants, & nearby beautiful neighborhoods with walking trails. Rose was very responsive & helpful. Will definitely stay here again & highly recommend it! We recently stayed at the Sanibel Harbor condo with our one year old daughter and her great grandma, and we had the most amazing time! Her uncle also joined us for a fun filled Saturday. We can’t say enough great things about this stay. The immediate access to the water via stairs was a huge plus and one of the main reasons we chose this property. It was absolutely beautiful, especially considering how hard the area was hit just two years ago by Hurricane Ian. The restoration and care put into the property truly show. We’re so grateful for the memories made here!

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Pines! The condo was clean, well-furnished and had everything we needed. Excellent location right next to the pool and tennis courts. We took advantage of the many miles of bike paths and the complimentary beach shuttle almost every day. Also walked to the Lake House restaurant twice for dinner. Cathy provided detailed instructions before our trip and checked in with us while we were there to see if we needed anything. We'd definitely love to come back again.

Charles was a great and courageous host. Very responsive to my text messages and call. He met us at the location and made sure the home was acceptable to our needs before he left us. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a beautiful condo and the best AB&B my wife have stayed in. Paul is a great host and has the condo spotless and furnished beautifully. Pool and Hot Tub easy access and other tenants very friendly. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in the adorable and roomy studio we stayed it. Perfect fot two. Fabulous view. Great location if you want to wake up and go to bed and see the ocean. Coffee taste better at the beach. The rinse station super nice. Pool was very nice. I can’t tell you all the restaurants we went to amd had great food at all of them. So many beaches to explore. Thank you to our hostess! Cute decor.

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

Excellent location and very close and easy to walk to the beach. Sonia is a pleasure and very accommodating and looking forward to visiting again.

The views are amazing. Place was beautiful and clean. Downfall, no extra blankets to use sleeper sofa when one of us had trouble sleeping. People were friendly and restaurant next door was wonderful. Loved watching the dolphins from our room.

Jeff & Nicole's condo is perfect for a peaceful getaway. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, & the location of the building is perfect. We had a great view of the sunrise from the balcony when we didn't want to walk to the beach. Thank you, Jeff & Nicole for an enjoyable getaway!

Beautiful place, great view from the lanai, peaceful area. Very attentive owners. We loved everything about this trip and truly did not want to leave.

We just got back from Sanibel (our 4th trip to the island over the last 11 years) and really enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper. The location was tucked away from other condo complexes, which we liked. Many complexes on the island are open but still under construction. I was happy to see that this was not the case for Sandpiper. The condo itself was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could ask for and more. We usually go to the farmer's market on Sunday and stock up - we had plenty of storage containers, pots and pans and a high speed blender, which was great. We were so happy to see that Sanibel is recovering from hurricane Ian and people are coming back to visit. I'd say that about 50% of the shops are open and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. If you are thinking about taking a trip to Sanibel, do not hesitate! I would absolutely recommend Christopher's condo and if we return to Sanibel in the future, we would book here again.

If I could give 6 🌟, I would. This is our second stay with Holly. To say she is responsive is an understatement! We were thrilled with our stay. We love everything about the condo…the bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. We made great use of the beach chairs and umbrellas since each day was filled with sunshine. We enjoyed walking and visited some of the restaurants we’d enjoyed in the past. Watched sunsets from Holly’s screened in balcony and on the beach. It is great to see Captiva recovering. Without hesitation, we would stay in the condo AGAIN! Really a super host!

We spend memorial weekend relaxing in David's place. Visited the local restaurants and we drove to 2 different beaches that were awesome and afterwards visited the pool to start wining down. If you are looking for a place to relax and that is close to restaurants and beaches this is a very nice place to do so.

Perfect location, just across the street from the beach. Pool was well maintained and it was a quiet place to sleep. Beach Chairs and Umbrella were a plus!
