This accommodation exceeded expectations. It was very clean, tidy and very well equipped. Inside and outside it was just incredibly beautiful. I cant really say much about the touristy things in this area as I was visiting during monsoon season but there is a fantastic restaurant just a few minutes by foot down the road. Communication was always easy and fast and the information provided beforehand included everything you needed to know. As this was my first visit to India I really would like to thank the family taking care of the place: They helped and supported me whenever I struggled. I got to experience real Goan hospitality which made an AirBnb feel like a home. This made my stay very special and unforgettable. Strongly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Over all best place ever peaceful area just lots of things to do their they have all amenities that a perfect apartment has good furniture good ambiance I will plan to come there soon

Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. We appreciated Sumer's quick responses and helpful recommendations. We’d love to stay here again!

We arrived late at night, but thanks to her clear guidance on how to get there and check in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. She even stayed in touch to make sure we were settled in comfortably and recommended some great restaurants and experiences. The place itself is clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot — perfect for unwinding. Despite being nestled away, we had no trouble finding cabs or getting around, and everything we needed was still nearby. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. I’d definitely recommend this stay and can’t wait to visit again soon!

From the moment I walked in,the place felt welcoming .The apartment was cozy and very well kept .It had everything needed for a comfortable stay . The toiletries in the bathrooms and fresh towels and soap etc made the place feel even more welcoming. I was at ease throughout my stay. A well equipped warm and cozy place to stay!!

Niloy is Very responsive, helpful. it was a very pleasant stay. Property is at prime area, very near by to Calangute beach (just 8-10 mins walk). Niloy also suggested good local reference e.g. rented scooter, Taxi. I will definitely prefer to stay here again. Thanks Niloy for pleasant stay.

Firstly, the property is located at a very great location. You need not worry to travel very far to find a decent place to hangout or dine in with live music. Everything is almost walkable. Along with that, the supermarket, covered the basic needs. The ambience of the property is very peaceful. Very well maintained swimming pool. Manali is very proactive and gave very clear cut instructions. She always responded in time when needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

It was a perfect stay for me and my daughter. The place is well maintained. Nimish was a perfect host. He was always available and ready to go out of his way to help. would definitely recommend this place for a convenient stay especially if you have things to do in town.

Amazing and wonderful experience at this feel like home apartment Naveen was a truly great guy he knows everything the needs of the guest and everything was spot on the apartment had everything from cutlery to washing machine from microwave to iron there was everything even the bathrooms were so clean surely i will visit this apartment next time when i came to Goa.. Ahh where do I start! House is soooo beautiful that it takes you a second to absorb the beauty. It’s extremely clean with a breathtaking view. It’s exactly like the pictures. The host is very gracious and helpful. Would recommend it everyone especially girls travelling alone. It’s very safe. Definitely coming back soon.
