Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Kellyville

We stayed for just one night and it was exactly what we needed. The place was clean, cozy, and the view was unreal — we spent hours just relaxing and soaking it all in. Super smooth check-in, great host, and a peaceful vibe all around. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommend for an stress-free escape with friends.

Gorgeous studio perfect for my weekend in Sydney. Had everything plus more that I needed and Michael left great instructions and local guide. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Fantastic location close to public transport and was able to find parking close enough.

Words cant describe the Pagoda Point house George built, Patrick and Liam (contact on the river) could not of been more helpful in explaining the house and many of its features. We sat around the fireplace all afternoon, then watched the sunset. The house is tucked away overlooking the river with no neighbours near you. It was 10 minutes to the Brooklyn bridge 15 minutes to Berowra Waters ferry. 5 minutes to Petes Bite restaurant. I have travelled around the world and I have never stayed in such a amazing house with the most amazing views.

What a remarkable location - and a unique way to access the tree house via boat. Berowra Waters is a stunning place, and having your own little boat tied up to the jetty to jump into for a peaceful explore of the water at any time was definitely the highlight of the stay. The house is lovely and nestled in high trees and bushland with expansive views up the river, with the afternoon sun reflecting the undulating ripples of the water onto the ceiling of the lounge room like a meditative slideshow. The indoor fire was super cosy, with plenty of wood supplied. Outdoor bath was a treat even on a cold night. It was fun to be picked up and dropped back at the marina by knowledgeable locals - very friendly and helpful. Loved every moment !

Very clean, modern. Efficient when a problem occurred with the shower it was soon rectified. Easy to use laundry machines. Neighbours quiet. Only points I would mention is to be aware there is a bit of a noisy road nearby so may want to take earplugs. Also could have done with firmer pillows. Otherwise ideal for holidays

We had a good time at Glendy's property. It was clean as described and we have everything at the property what we need to have. We hope to visit again.

I wanted to stay here because it reminded me of my childhood home, not to mention the detail Jodie puts in this Airbnb, reading the book they had left, they'd spent nearly 2 years creating such a beautiful home , not only is Jodie accommodating but also cleanliness was on point , jodie had everything you needed, down to milk for your coffee or washing powder for ur clothes, Needless taking into account the outdoor patio, appears like you have simply wandered into a fairytale dream. This is a must if you prefer cooking on the barbeque or lounging around an outdoor space hearing birds next door singing and saying good morning to you. I would strongly recommend staying in this home because it's one of a kind, as is the host. Thank you for hosting me again, I really appreciate it.

Apartment rooms are clean and perfect, there were two washrooms, which was convenient for our family. Near by river, garden, and grocery. Nick was responsive and given clear instructions. Recommending!

Felt like home in the perfect location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — the beds were comfortable, the views were stunning, and the setting was incredibly peaceful. The location is ideal as a base for exploring Sydney. The full-sized kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, and having a washing machine and dryer was a great added convenience. Jo’s place was great for a weekend away. Nice, cosy and charming, really close to cafes and places to eat. Was a great base for exploring bush walks in Cowan.

The view from Alisa’s apartment is just amazing in the photos but even better in real life!! Our two night stay during Vivid made it all the more special. Watching the lights from the living room was just mesmerising. Lovely local restaurants and a 5 min walk to the train made it easy to get around. Would definitely stay again!!

Great location beautiful property well maintained

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.

Place was great, had everything you need and each bedroom having its own bathroom pretty much makes things very convenient. Only problem was with the internet, had a friend that was going to use it to study but it wasnt good enough it was around 6 mbps download on a bad time and 12 mbps at its best i found. When asked about it, never got a response about it.
