Comfortable bed and pillows!! 5 minute walk to Queen vic markets, close to restaurants and cafes and everything you need. In a safe complex and close to everything. I had a great stay and will def be back.

This place is so cosy. We had a car and could easily park in the street out the front of the house which was great. A parking sticker is also available is needed. The bedrooms were fresh, clean and inviting after a busy day out. The plants are lovely throughout and makes you feel right at home. We really enjoyed our stay thank you!

We loved our comfy stay at Emma’s cute little apartment! Particularly basked in the homey vibe. Having disliked the pristine but soul-less company managed flats in Melbourne & other Aussie cities, I was taken by Emma’s accurate description harking back to the good ole days of Airbnb, when you could sense the warmth of the owner sharing their living space with you. Precious! Convenient location at North Melbourne, with both train & tram lines within reasonable walking distance. Vic Market is a few tram stops away. Only downside is the lack of lift in the building, so watch out for that. We enjoyed Emma’s recommendations for cafes & brunch spots. Rosso’s has great coffee and will grind you a bag of beans to take home & use in her Aeropress. Metro near the station for groceries, Misty Pot for homestyle Korean, Bread Club for fresh loaves, plus charming staff at Parkhill Cellars suggest great Aussie wines. Overall, I’m glad to have stayed at Emma’s and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

One of my all time favourite stays in Melbourne (and I have had many). Fitzroy is the suburb with the best character, walkability, access to the city and overall vibe. This little cottage has been stylishly renovated and staying there just felt like home. I loved the plants and artwork, the ability to play my music throughout the house and the smart lighting. Parking was easy with the visitor permit. The concrete floor was chilly (I was warned), so next time I'll pack my Uggs. Thanks for sharing your pad!
