We renovated a key west style home into a modern beachy oasis. You can kayak, bike and boat to the beach right from the house! This safe waterfront neighborhood has tons of friendly people out walking, running, biking, dog walking, etc. The house is 1/4 mile to the beach as the crow flys. Beach entrances are 2 miles away. We have 2 nice adult bicycles, kayaks and fishing rods for you to use. Located just off Wiggins Pass Road between 41 and the ocean. Stilt home. Don’t even need a car.

The unit is in pristine shape and features elegant furnishings and decor, tile floors throughout, granite counters in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, impact windows and all white linens. Private screened in patio at the front and shared backyard area with pool/spa and BBQ. King Bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa.

This beautiful home is located on the very desirable 500 block of Naples Park. With a short bike ride or walk to the beach! It is on a corner lot with a fenced yard. The house is a 3 bedroom 3 bath home. The 3rd bedroom and bathroom are similar to a mother in law suite and is cooled with a mini split air conditioner. The main area has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms cooled with central air conditioning. 4 bikes are included with your stay! No pets allowed on this property.

The perfect home for a beach vacation just a 6 min bike ride to the beach and 2 master suites with king beds, walk-in closets, TVs, and private baths, 1 ensuite with a Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom with twin beds. Even a pool bath and outdoor shower! A large chef's kitchen with all Bosch appliances. Every space is designed for a group of 8-10 to gather. Bikes, towels, beach chairs, toys are all included!
