Congo Camp House in the forest

Rustic, character filled, architect designed cabin with a master loft and two small bedrooms constructed largely from recycled building materials, located in a rural-residential area on 5 acres of forest close enough to the ocean you can hear it in the distance. There are neighbours but it's relatively private. Just to be absolutely clear, the Camp House is not 'on' the beach but it's close. It takes about four minutes to get to Congo Beach by car. We are 'pet friendly'. Max guests - six people.

Find peace & tranquility in this sweet & stylish space with views of a lake, forest & farmland. Experience solitude & privacy with only a small distant cottage in sight. Swim in the river, see the stars at night, Roos at dusk & dawn and a few cows. It is off-grid with solar power and water must be carted in. For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊

Double sofa bed in lounge. Max 4 persons. Dog and horse friendly, there is a fenced garden and plenty of space to explore. Only 5 mins drive to Central Tilba, with beautiful Gulaga mountain and National Park, pristine local beaches, it's a perfect spot to enjoy this lovely area. All welcome!

Stunningly presented farm studio close to beaches

We live on a 1 acre farm in the gorgeous village of Tilba. It only takes 10 mins wander into the historic town of Tilba where you can enjoy lunch at a cafe, taste some of our famous Tilba cheese or a have beer at the pub. Your surrounded my water here so go surfing, fishing or swimming.
