House holiday rentals in North Pender Island

What a great spot! Nestled in the woods in a peaceful and quiet setting this place is truly one-of-a-kind. The house is very unique with lots of character that sets it apart from the usual stays. It was clean and had all we needed. Our host Gramma Rikki was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, and we could not take advantage of all the outdoor spaces and amenities. We played pool, sat by the cozy fire and did some island exploring by car. All in all it was a very enjoyable and relaxing getaway despite the crummy weather. We hope to return one day and experience everything this wonderful place has to offer.

We loved staying at such a beautiful peaceful house, gorgeous ocean views! The master bedroom was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The house had plenty of room for our family group consisting of my husband and I with our two young kids, two grandparents and my brother in law and his wife and two kids.

'Hollywood North' is a bit of a misnomer - the home is much more classic, warm and comfortable, with owners who provide timely and helpful communication and assistance. 'West Coast Charm and Grace' might be more descriptive. The cost of the accommodation, though not unsubstantial, was well worth it. We were a group of 9 adults from 2 branches of one family who meet every Thanksgiving to reconnect. The bedrooms, the bathrooms, the 2 living areas, the dining room, the outdoor terrace, the swimming pool and hot tub, the gardens, and the very impressive kitchen all served to make the holiday one we will cherish. Everything you need to make the house your home was supplied - inspired us to stay in and cook as a family a vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner! In short, a beautiful home and great hosts in a lovely setting. Could not ask for more.

Matt and Lina’s place was truly an oasis. The seven of us were so comfortable and enjoyed the pool/ hot tub and sauna time. Matt and Lina were fantastic to communicate with. We would highly recommend staying here if you love the peacefulness and privacy of the forest with ALL the amenities.

This was an excellent stay for my fiance and I. Kim's house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a long-term stay. The kitchen was very well stocked, with a brand new dishwasher and oven. The bedrooms were very cozy, with extremely comfortable mattresses and sheets. The bathroom was also very clean, with lots of storage space for toiletries and things. The neighborhood was something special, too. its a gated community with a very peaceful feel to it. Several walkable parks, one of which we went to nearly every day we were there to watch the sunset over the bay. The people here are friendly and welcoming. Finally, the property manager, Shirley, was a real gem. She was so thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely kind to us during our stay. She works hard to make sure the yard is kept up with, issues are resolved, and overall cares for the comfort of the guests. This is a 5 star Abnb that I wish I could have stayed at for longer. Dont hesitate to book!

Peaceful and lovely house, the views from the balcony were beautiful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nanaimo.

We were 2 couples visiting the province for a family gathering. This place was absolutely perfect for us! Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated homes. The gardens are gorgeous and we grew attached to all the lovely animals outside the front door! The rural setting was close to all the urban places we visited....and we enjoyed getting to know the surrounding area. Krista was responsive and helpful....and gave us lots of great tips! This is the best airbnb experience we have ever had!

This is a beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. The yard and neighborhood are lovely. The decor and art is fun, even has live plants. Beds are comfortable, nice linens. Kitchen is large and well stocked. It is multi level and has stairs in many areas.

Anna’s place was a great stepping stone for our time around Victoria, BC. A private well appointed space, with all you need; we felt right at home and it suited our young family for some time to relax after a busy day. Comfy beds, a great shower and everything we needed for our two night stay . $13 uber into the city was super simple and would recommend. A great place.

Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone. The suite is well laid out, nicely decorated, and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable and there is a huge bathroom with no shortage of hot water for showers. We also appreciated the little extras, such as the coffee pods and milk that were waiting for us. Also, as many others have written, the area is lovely and perfect for anyone who appreciates being close to nature and enjoys a serene environment, complete with resident wildlife. Suzanne is also a friendly and accommodating host. All in all, a lovely place to stay!

Gorgeous location, views are unbeatable. Such a lovely space, every member of the family read in the window seat at some point. Making breakfast and watching for the native otters to come play was a daily treat. The deck is massive and such a lovely vantage point of the harbor. So many critters to watch. Absolutely loved this home. We had 2 kids under 7 and they felt right at home with the stuffy toys and kids room with 2 single beds+. The house is about 5 min from the ferry and about 20-25 min from Eastsound - beautiful drive with lots of farm stands along the way.

Absolutely unique property the view of the Pacific was amazing. It is situated right at the end of the road so no passing traffic or people - very peaceful Very well equipped and comfortable Rob was very responsive especially when I couldn’t work out how to lock the door when we went out (you just press the unlock button). It’s amazing

This may be our favorite bnb we've stayed at on the islands and will probably be an annual thing. Such a perfect location and so quiet! Parking at the home is great, kitchen is fully loaded, living room is incredibly cozy, and all the seating from kitchen, to front window, to couch was perfect. We've stayed in places that were cool and fun locations, but there is rarely places to really cozy up and enjoy your stay in. The home was truly inspiring for someone who wants to build a tiny cabin one day. I wouldn't change a thing, cannot wait to get back!

What a wonderful place. House was bright and airy and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and more. Lots of cupboard space in the bedrooms, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. We were 4 adults and there was tons of space for all of us. It was a great experience and although it was a bit of a drive into Victoria it was definitely worth it.

The place was beautiful, both inside and outside of the property. We had a beautiful garden view, and a small patio to enjoy our Breaky in the morning! The place itself was very large, with a beautiful, modern kitchen. The bedrooms were nice, with one looking out/ opening up to the garden. The host left a nice booklet of all the best places to shop and eat — which was actually very helpful!! The parking was very good, and we even had “spare parking” If we needed it. Overall, very good stay, and we will be booking it again.

We had a great and very comfortable stay. The house was well-equipped, hot tub was lovely and the layout of the home was great for a family. The small touches like puzzles and a box of legos were happy discoveries, the loft was a lot of fun for the kids and we enjoyed the proximity to Eastsound downtown. We will be back!

We were really happy with David’s guest suite. It was exactly as shown in the pictures, and check in/check out were very easy. There wasn’t a microwave, but the stove/oven makes up for it. We appreciated how compact and tidy everything was, and I found the bed very comfortable. We were happy with our 12 day stay here, and would gladly stay here again when we come back to the area.

We had such a wonderful stay at Mason's. It was a perfect spot for out ladies weekend. It's a beautiful property and we enjoyed many delicious meals and laughs on the deck. The space was spotless! We are talking about booking it again next year.

We had such a fabulous time on our trip that we even extended our stay! First of all San Juan Property Management went above and beyond with their service & I cannot recommend them enough. The cabin is comfortable and relaxing with quite literally the best views. We saw many deer and a couple red fox quite a few times. One of my favorite getaways we’ve taken and we will most definitely be back.

Philip’s place was beautiful and calm. It exceed our expectations and we very much enjoyed our stay. The large windows make you feel as though you’re outside and made the home feel very peaceful. We really appreciated the cookware and well resourced kitchen! Phil was also a very communicative and great host. He even scored us an earlier ferry ride when we were looking for another time slot. Overall we would definitely recommend!

This property was stunning, with panoramic views of the water, surrounding gulf islands, and sunsets. It was charming, cozy, and picturesque. Everything we were looking for!

Beautiful place to stay! Everything was fantastic and the place was spectacular.

This was the perfect place to stay for our anniversary. Definitely one of the most uniquely and artistically designed spaces we've ever enjoyed being at! Like others have said, it is a work of art. The size, layout, natural setting, and heron motiff are great for a romantic getaway. If you want something unusual and memorable, this is one of those places.
