Beachfront holiday rental in North Region

Our stay went very well. The apartment is lovely, quiet and pleasant close to Cayenne and the airport. The beach in front of the residence as well as the pool is a real comfort.

Everything is wonderful, but some items need to be reviewed to avoid future complaints in my opinion: 1- Problem with the toilet flush, which sometimes works and sometimes we have to open the lid and manually stop the water flow. 2- The air conditioning is not automatically regulating the temperature, forcing us to turn it off and on for thermal comfort. In addition, we were very well received and we are very satisfied and we will definitely return.

They were super responsive and always available if they had any questions. The house is wonderful and the place offers a lot of calm.

It was a really cool experience! The house served us very well and the naps in the hammock after the river bath and with that wonderful little wind were all good.

Jean Christophe's house is a great find, perfect for both days of rest and as a base for getting to know other places. The house is spacious, very well decorated and equipped, with a delicious outdoor area that holds you most of the time by the stunning view of the beach and the delicious wind that blows there. Jean Christophe was super attentive to the questions I had about arriving at the house and getting around the island. Mr. Nil and Dona Lena, who take care of the house, were extremely friendly and helpful and take care of everything very well, which brings a great welcoming feeling. If you want to get to know Joanes (or go back there) I highly recommend Jean Christophe's house! 💝

Carmen's place was a great location. the space is cute and may be a bit small if you're very tall. going up and down the stairs is tricky due to low ceiling. the TV is available to watch and you also have to be a little careful with hitting your head because of how low it is. overall, the space was nice, local, close to the plaza, and clean.

We had a great time at Guillaume's place! The house is very beautiful and convenient! The environment is beautiful with a very nice garden. The house is quiet, 2 steps from the beach! The screens placed on each opening of the house are an undeniable plus in French Guiana. Guillaume is a very friendly and responsive host! We'll be happy to go back!

Our 2nd stay with Glaucia, there have been improvements in the house since our first stay, such as repair of areas, installation of a side door and a clothes tank that we liked and missed from last time. The house is small and cozy and is well equipped with kitchen utensils, hot shower and new fans in the room (+ air-conditioning). It has already become our favorite house in Mosqueiro and is worth it for those who want to relax in the pool enjoying a calm and quiet neighborhood

We had fun at Charifa’s place. It very close to the beach. The house had everything we needed. It was very spacious and enough room for a group of 8 people. I would recommend this house.

Extremely new apartment. spotless daily cleaning. Windows and doors don't let any outside noise go through. Blackout curtains allow you to sleep until later. Very attentive GAV Resorts staff. Ease of being answered by Lucyvaldo. In short, I will be back soon and it will be in the same Apartment with Lucyvaldo de Host.

We had great times in the house, very beautiful, organized and comfortable.. well suited to the photos, very clean and pleasant. By the outskirts of the condominium, the infrastructure is not very good. You need a car to get around to that place.. and maybe by the rainy season now (March) there were many mosquitoes in the city, for those who have an allergy to stay alert. But Atalaia beach is wonderful!! For those with a child is perfect, sea pleasant temperature, waves in the right measure and many ponds.. my son loved it!! Thanks for the experience 🙂

We had a great time at Sarah's place. The residence is quiet and very well located, close to the beach and all amenities. The pool is a real asset. The apartment is spacious, bright and very well equipped. Sarah is a very nice host, and the communication throughout the trip was great. We highly recommend and will not hesitate to return.

privileged location, excellent! beach view, comfortable apartment, clean and smelling! I did not find it so noisy, in fact I found a lot of calm in the surroundings. It's all close, all right pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, even little church. We will definitely return.
