Apartment holiday rentals in North Salt Lake

We had a great stay. Everything was very clean and as described. It was a quiet area but also very close to downtown and a lot of amenities. Loved the coffee shop downstairs. We had a little trouble finding the entrance to the apartment building, but overall not a big issue. We had some trouble finding close parking on the street so it may be worth it to pay for the pass to park in the gated area.

Great spot to visit downtown SLC. It's a pretty quick walk (or scooter) to the convention center and eats. It was super easy to get to from the airport by metro too! Clean, convenient, and reasonably priced - I definitely recommend it!

Alex place was exactly as described. We felt safe and comfortable, it is a really cute place. The twin mattress' are very thin and we could feel the box spring threw them. They might be okay for a child but not an adult.

Joseph's BnB sat on top of hill that had beautiful views and sunsets. His home was comfortable and nicely decorated. His listing had everything you would need to enjoy a visit to Salt Lake City. We hope to use it again. Thanks Joe!

Jameson and Mindy’s place was such a great way to end the trip. It’s outside of SLC enough to give that smaller town feel vibe, but the drive into the city was easy. The views and amenities are just as pictured, and the bed is SO COMFY. They provided great food recommendations (Localz Bistro) and truly had everything we could have needed for an awesome stay. My husband and I hope to be back!

Stayed at a bunch of different units in this building, and my favorite are Tricia's. Furniture, bed, sheets are a little nicer than other units in general. Clean, as always.

Beautiful house and very friendly people, even had a folder on the coffee table of local things to do. Really had the guests in mind!

Such a great stay! My host was proactive, responsive, and super clear with all communication. The apartment was clean and solid, with a full kitchen, balcony, and even a cute fiddle fig tree (which I loved). The location couldn’t have been better—right across from a brewery and just a few minutes’ walk to coffee shops, restaurants, other breweries, and Central 9th Market. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, with blackout curtains that made it easy to sleep in. The check-in instructions were very clear—with codes, and it felt super safe, which I appreciated as a solo female traveler. The whole area had a very chill, welcoming vibe. 10/10 would recommend!

Comfortable and clean stay. Ample space for our family of four. Kitchen is well equipped - we were able to cook easily. Had to park our large SUV diagonally to fit in the garage space - this was not an issue for us but just to be aware. Loved how close this is to major city attractions.

Great place to stay in SLC! The apartment was even more spacious than I expected and the bed was very comfortable. I was in town for a work conference and Salt Palace Convention Center was about a 25 minute walk. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the amenities like in-roon laundry made it feel like home for a week.

Great studio in the heart of downtown! Right next to a rail station so you can get anywhere within reason from this location. Had so many amenities for us to use and was very clear with the instructions for check-in/out. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Not a big review person but yes, Heather’s place was as advertised, very clean and quiet. The parking took a little skill to get into but it was very safe.

We had a great stay, very clean and what we were looking for. It was a great central location to the mountains, as well as downtown and the Great Salt Lake.

You really get what you pay for. :) Mariah and Halie’s excellent communication along with the breathtaking views of the rooftop pool, clean and organized gym 💪 , yoga room, and fun interesting young people that live there are just a few of the great things about this place. It was my first time visiting Salt Lake City. I wanted to make it memorable, and this airbnb did it for me. So clean, comfy.. the building is huge, the hallways are long. I wish it was just a tad bigger of a studio but overall, the communication I got from them was amazing. My last host took forever to respond to me, and was quite rude leaving me a nasty review at the end. I let them know about it, and asked them how I should leave the place? They were really straightforward: you payed a cleaning fee, you don’t have to do much! Female hosts>male hosts everyday. Sorry boys! 👩🏼

Cozy basement level room with separate locked entrance. If you're taller than 6 feet you would want to watch your head going down the stairs. Quiet, pristine room with small kitchen and bathroom. Location is near main road with lots to do! Personally loved the massage chair and the Jacuzzi. Thanks for letting us stay for the weekend!

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Magali's place was awesome! So clean, exactly as described, very comfortable and the views were amazing. We felt welcomed, all communications we had with Magali were answered promptly and we felt very much at home. We are hoping to come back again soon!

We had a lovely time and are super happy to have stayed at your place! It was pretty, clean, and inviting! The amenities were really great, from having extra pool towels and in unit washer/dryer, as well as the pool and gym. We were really pleased with this location, and convenience of the garage was very nice. The furniture was nice and the beds/linens were comfy to sleep in. Everything was very nice and I will definitely look forward to staying here when I visit Utah again. Thank you for your excellent communication and for providing a top tier experience.

Immaculate unit, stellar host! Anthony's downtown SLC place had it all fresh coffee, sunlit balcony perfect for stretching, and a friendly community that felt like a sitcom (the good kind).
