Holiday rentals with lake access in North Sea

We got excellent instructions from Steffen about check in, besides this house is nice, cosy, we got there everything what we need. I highly recommended that place to stay! Thank you!

What a lovely house. Everything has been thought of. Beautiful complete kitchen, beautiful bathroom with a nice and sparkling clean sauna. Comfortable beds and great that the windows have screens. It is located in a quiet and beautifully landscaped park. Close to the center where there is plenty to do. It is also nice that you can go from the park to the nearby lake. The garden with neat furniture completes the house. We'd love to come back!

We had great days at Richard's house! The location is excellent, nice and quiet and with the lake of course great for refreshing. We rented the boat and also spent a nice time on the water and the larger lake. The house has everything you need, air-conditioned rooms were perfect on the hot days. Sitting together on the terrace by the lake in the evening, great! You can't go wrong with the house and would book it again and again.

The apartment is great, but the absolute highlight is the terrace on 3 sides of the house, right on the water. The large glass fronts in the living room provide a view of the water, which makes the apartment special even in cool temperatures. The only downside is that you'd rather not go on an excursion, but just stay in the apartment.

We loved our stay here and if we returned to the Netherlands we would stay here again. A very comfortable house, wonderful big soft bed, clean kitchen and lovely shower. A beautiful outside space too- we loved it. Excellent stay

We booked the house because it appealed to us from the reviews. Our expectations were far exceeded. We arrived at a house where we immediately felt at home. In the kitchen there is everything you need for daily use. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated. Communication with Saskia was possible without any problems. We rented the house with a friendly couple and went home after a week very well recovered. We can recommend the house without hesitation. We would like to come back next autumn. We had a wonderful time at Connie's lovely stay. The cottage is brightly quiet, lots of privacy, near the beach on IJselmeer. A beautiful environment, nice lunch at the Strandhuijs.

What a beautiful house, what a beautiful environment…so much peace! We were able to enjoy the beautiful house, tastefully decorated, fully equipped kitchen, very good bed, the bathrooms very neat… everything was super. We were also pleasantly surprised by the delicious gifts: pancake mix, apple juice, bubbles and coins. Thank you for this gem in beautiful Zeeland! We would love to come back.

The check-in was straightforward and all the important information was super prepared. The highlight is the view over the water and the terrace, from which you can access the lake directly via a ladder. We were already there for the second time and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful days in a beautiful accommodation. It was perfect (except for the weather😅). We immediately felt at home. The view of the lake exactly as described. Comfortable beds. A wonderful home away from home. Great size beds, comfortable add ons, large dining room table. Water views and a short walk from Harderwijk town centre. Dennis was really flexible with our check in as we got held up but that didn’t bother him. Highly recommend and we cannot wait to return!!

Beautiful and clean accommodation for 2 people. Plenty of activities and restaurants nearby.

We had very nice days with Nicole and Peter. Nicole was always available and responded super quickly. The accommodation was exactly as described, we were even greeted with a small gift🥰. We used the sauna overlooking the lake every day and enjoyed the peace and view. The jetty right in front of the nose to take a boat trip, until Sondern you can walk quite comfortably to enjoy a delicious dinner in the restaurant "Seeterrassen" or treat yourself to a delicious piece of cake directly at Peter's 😊 so for a short trip a 10 out of 10 and we recommend the accommodation gladly.

Trudy is a very sweet and attentive hostess who has good tips for activities and excursions. The accommodation is very clean and quiet, perfect for a break. Would come back at any time 🌞

What a beautiful and inviting lake home very close to Gouda and all local transportation. It was fast travel to Rotterdam and only an hour from Amsterdam / both were easy access through the local train station Gouda Gowervelle. We enjoyed all the running and biking paths along the lake and canals. Shopping and sightseeing in Gouda was fun as well! (Enjoyed the cheese museum which is perfect for kids of all ages. ) The lake house was a perfect setting, neighbors are friendly and quiet and the home is spacious enough for 4 or small families and it’s simply beautiful . Enjoyed!! Great hosts and very responsive! Highly recommend.

Lovely stay at Rudis cottage.After two weeks travelling around Europe we wanted a couple of night to relax and this was the perfect place. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and Rudi even brought us a fan when the temps hit 31 and the place was so hot. We were lucky to have a storm and be able to watch out over the nature reserve was amazing. We also ate at De Heeren van Maarssen nearby and the food was beautiful.

Absolutely a highlight! What a lovely home with lots of privacy, well appointed kitchen with good stuff and lovely beds. Beautiful boat rented and sauna on the water was really great!

Best location for access to Edam. Steps away from the cheese market. Ample parking for an SUV. Bathroom on par with American standards - nicer than most European bathrooms. Washer and dryer are full capacity. Enough sleeping space for a family of six. Playground in front of house. Hosts nice and responsive. Cobbled roads and narrow homes do make Edam not ADA friendly like much of Europe.

Sincerely a top location, nice location, spacious garden, lots of sleeping places, nice kitchen, super cozy decor and top communication before and during the stay.

Such a lovely place to say in a peaceful, friendly village with swimming canal ,all within easy to navigate public transport to central Amsterdam. We had a fantastic time, our host Lonneke was helpful and very friendly. The cottage was very clean and as described. I would recommend staying here.

It is a beautiful accommodation with a view directly of the lake. The accommodation is small but it offers everything you need and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. There is also a parking lot directly opposite and very good restaurants and shopping nearby. It was a dream to wake up every day with a view of the lake. If the weather is good, you can also go swimming there. Will definitely be back :)
