Erik was a phenomenal host, went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay at his house. His family were lovely people and helpful with any and all questions. Erik gave is good clear instructions on the best places to go to in the area, how to travel to the city and how to use all the appliances/facilities in the house. I couldn’t recommend him any more, he made our stay really more comforting and laid a great basis for our stay in Chicago. Cheers Erik!

A very nice house close to the metro and in a peaceful suburb. John and Daniel was very welcoming hosts and gave me helpful hints on places to eat in the local area.

Faith's place was great! The bed was super comfortable and her place was exceptionally clean! Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to highway, local restaurants and grocery store. The fresh eggs she gave us were a treat! She is an excellent communicator. Highly recommend staying at her place.

Joswe was so incredibly kind and accommodating! Being a solo traveler it felt like a home away from home. The space was clean and comfortable and felt very safe. Joswe even left freshly brewed hot coffee every morning along with breakfast! I couldn't recommend Joswe or his home enough! if I could give more stars, I would!

Even more spacious than in the photos! Well-kept place, with a fully stocked kitchen, projector, BOSE speaker, and great backyard. Double shower in the master bedroom, and strong water pressure. Entry is easy with a code. Finally, the host is VERY accommodating, flexible, and responsive. Recommended!

Margerita and Monique's place was exactly what we needed! In a calm and beautiful location, clean, beautifully furnished, private, and had the most comfortable bed! It was a short walk to the train and easy to get around! There was plenty of parking available! We will definitely reserve again when we visit Chicago in the future. This was my first time booking with Airbnb and all I can say is that it could not have been a better experience! Aaron was so nice and beyond helpful. The apartment was the perfect size for my husband and I. It is in a good location, we were able to get to anything we needed or wanted with just a short walk. Not only that but the building itself was so cool, the lobby is beautiful and the amenities were spectacular. We ventured to the rooftop many times because of how nice and peaceful it was. We attended a concert at the Aragon Ballroom and it’s the first time we’ve not stressed about how to make the trip there and back. It was maybe a 3-5 minute walk at most! Overall it was beyond what I was expecting. If available, anytime we will be in the area this will be our first choice!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hugh’s place! Check-in was straightforward and the apartment was just as described as well as being clean and well-stocked with dishes, pillows, blankets and bathroom supplies. Hugh and Susan were very responsive and kindly allowed us an early check-in. The neighborhood was lovely and it was an easy walk to restaurants, shops and an L stop on the Brown Line. These aren’t negatives about this listing but things to keep in mind: the apartment does require use of stairs and it’s about an hour’s L ride into downtown Chicago. We didn’t have any trouble getting around but definitely needed to be mindful of timing. We would highly recommend Hugh’s place for a stay in Chicago!

Stay was great and Mariam was a super host. The space was exactly as pictured and all the games were a blast. Miriam even checked in a couple times to make sure we had everything we need and that we were having a good time. For sure would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Danny's place! This was our first time visiting Lincoln Park, and the location of the home was perfect. We walked to restaurants, the Lincoln Park Zoo, and the beach. We appreciated being able to have our dogs with us and found the area very dog-friendly on our walks. Danny was kind and thoughtful with all the extra touches and responsive communication. He even caught us in person to make sure we had everything we needed. Our family felt safe walking in the neighborhood day and night. We even took the bus to downtown Chicago, which is only a few miles away. The house itself was very clean and large - our family of 4 plus 2 dogs had plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. We highly recommend the home to others and hope we can return again someday!

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

My daughter and I stayed at Izakaya Studio on a recent visit to Chicago. The studio is great and Brett made it so easy to locate everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The next time we stay I hope to spend more time exploring the neighborhood because there were so many restaurants and shops to choose from (lots of open-air patios and decks which would be so nice during the summer season). The walk to the blue line El stop felt safe and quick. We loved the studio's layout. The kitchen and bedroom areas were separate and Brett has two big, comfy chairs for relaxing, and ample island space for eating or using as a work space. My daughter had some virtual work meetings and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need for meal prep. We ate out each day, but our delicious breakfast take-out came from a place right up the street called Yolk. I highly recommend the Izakaya Studio for a relaxing and fun visit to Chicago.

We enjoyed a week of comfortable stay at Matt’s place! We were a family of 5 people and had enough space for everyone! We came for my daughter’s wedding and it was great to have lots of things/amenities that helped us prepare for the wedding! Garage spot was helpful! Backyard peaceful and we spent some time relaxing on the deck! Adorable cozy duplex with everything you need for the relaxed and comfortable stay! Matt was respectful, helpful and very responsive! Area is great as well! Thank you so much!!

Great location, and easy access to all main streets. The neighborhood is quiet, and very safe. The people in the neighborhood were very welcoming. The condo was nice, very spacious and a great value for the cost.

This is a WONDERFUL one bedroom apartment that is both private and spacious! The owner/host has the space fabulously decorated with an eclectic mix of original contemporary artwork and antiques. Nothing is generic about the space and it has been outfitted for guests with loving care. The host, Kaye, clearly puts much trust in her guests with her charming decor and furnishings. The amount of space, the privacy and the home-y feel make it a place we'd love to return to.

Really lovely place to stay, comfortable flat in a quiet area. Couple of minutes' walk to buses and the blue line to get into the City. Ewa was very communicative and helpful, the place was clean, and I appreciated the selection of snacks and tea on arrival. Would definitely stay again if I visit Chicago.
