Holiday rentals with a patio in North Sumatra

The apartment was spotless and nice. Bedrooms were spacious and many storages/wardrobe. Living room was comfortable with retractable sofa and centralised AC. Dining room was convenient with water dispenser and utensils drawer. (noticed dining table had trace of ants). Bathrooms were clean/spotless (Intermittently we encountered shower heater was cold). Kitchen amenities were good (Clothes for kitchen to dry up and cleaning were not enough so I went to get kitchen towel so that I could keep the cleanliness.) Utilities room was nice with washing machine and ironing. (Need to have plastic bins and bins were not enough for bedrooms and bathrooms). Overall the apartment was great encounter. Thank you 🙏

Everything was clean,tidy and spacious . Always have a good sleep and comfortable to stay. Pauline is fast responsive, flexible and helpful host. The location is strategic and easy access to the Delipark Mall. Flexible and easy process check in and check out , clear instructions from the Host. Fast internet 🛜 View from balcony and window‘s is great. We love the place and highly recommend. Worth for the money. Would love to stay in Pauline’s Unit again in the future.

Amazing private hideaway like something from a James Bond film. The wave is an easy paddle from the corner of the beach out front, to be in the lineup in a couple minutes. Excellent communication, tips & advice from Oliver, who has been around these parts for years. Jessy his guy on the ground is great and sorted any thing we required. We will be back someday.

We enjoyed our 4 nights at Febby's place. She was helpful & responsive -- good English too. The house looks just like the photos. Some noise in the area. The mini-bus to Berastagi center starts out front (5000inr). Good location for the Sibayak hike and hot springs resorts too. Restaurant was OK. Small snack store across the street. Arranged us a car to Lake Toba - thank you.

It was a great stay in Reza's House. It has adequate equipment for daily life: kitchen tools, cutlery, washing machine, hot water, wifi. The house location is within walking distance from the market and small shops. The owner is helpful and can always be in touch with them. We extend the stay for 1 month.

Die Unterkunft liegt inmitten von Agrarfeldern. Zahlreiche Gemüsefelder und lustigerweise auch zahlreiche Erdbeerfelder liegen drumherum. Die Erdbeeren kann man selber pflücken oder am Straßenrand kaufen. Ins Dorf ist es tatsächlich etwas weiter und zum Start der Vulkanbesteigunh usw auch. Das ist aber alles kein Problem, weil Fatma sich zerreißt, um den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Sie hat uns zum Supermarkt gefahren und natürlich auch wieder zurück. Sie hätte uns sicherlich auch zur Wanderung, ins Dorf, zum Essen usw gefahren. Dies ist bei uns leider aufgrund von Krankheit und schlechtem Wetter ausgefallen. Fatma ist sie sowohl vor unserem Aufenthalt, währenddessen und auch danach auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen und war immer per Messenger erreichbar. Besser kann man als Gastgeber nicht sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Vielen Dank!

We had a pleasant stay there. The host was very nice and friendly. The place is beautiful and clean.

Host was really nice and responsive, even before booking, I asked if receptionist will allowed me to leave my luggage for few hours. He was not sure and just let me check out late (I did left it at receptionist ). I didn’t expect that host also took a note from previous guest and provides the fridge and plug. Another good thing is the new bed, it still has plastic cover but because of the plastic, it kept making sound if I move (I don’t really mind tho). Maybe host can remove or add another layer of sheet.

This was our second time staying at Fiona’s place, and it was just as amazing as the first! We’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you.
