Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track

Quiet bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower in award winning designer home, 7 mins walk to Jesmond Metro (3 stops to Central Station and about 25 mins to the Airport). Near the Great North Run start, and about 20 mins walk into town. In the centre of trendy Jesmond, it's a red brick lodge, totally rebuilt in 2016, with a super insulated, modern interior. We also have 2 other rooms, search"Garden View" and "Peace & Quiet". Breakfast (muesli, fruit, toast etc) is included up to 10.00am.

En suite facilities include shower, toilet and wash basin. Laundry facilities available at a minimal cost. Accommodation provides parking space in a garage. Excellent continental breakfast (guest comments) Handy for touring the Northumberland coast. 15 miles from Newcastle and 8 miles from the quaint market town of Morpeth. Free WIFI.

2ish bedrooms 2 bathrooms + breakfast Nr Newcastle

I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. The beds are partly separated from the seating by a screen. Squirrels, red kites, jays and many other birds can be seen here.

The Coach House - double room, lounge & fireplace

Lovely farmhouse location a short walk from the charming village of Lanchester, full of interesting places to explore and eat. Close to Durham city and University, dales and coast. Bus stop at door and next to cycling and walking routes. Uber taxi service operates here too. A huge garden to enjoy and off road parking. The room is en-suite, a double or twin with private lounge. Guests need to climb a spiral staircase. Hens in garden. Continental breakfast included.

A large, light, comfortable and contemporary loft room with en-suite. Measuring 7 metres by 5 metres the room has a wonderfully high ceiling and is decorated to a very high standard. Situated in a family-owned Victorian terraced house in a quiet, leafy street the property is within 15 minutes walking distance of the vibrant centre of the City of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and close to the Royal Victoria Infirmary Hospital, St James Park and Newcastle University.

Self contained Pied a Terre in Leafy Jesmond

This Pied a Terre is next door to St Mary's Chapel and Jesmond Dene. It's a 5 minute stroll to lovely places for breakfast, drinks or an evening meal. Transport links are excellent, the metro into the city centre, metro centre, the airport and the coast is a 10 minute walk. You’ll love my place because of the location, it really is perfect. I have off road parking you can use and easy access to motorways both north and south.

Our only purpose made Double room overlooks the garden and has an ensuite bathroom that has a basin, toilet and electric shower. There is tea, coffee and complimentary biscuits in all rooms along with freeview Tv with built in Dvd player. A double wardrobe with hangers is sited in the corner of the room and a bedside lamp and central heating make this a very cosy room.
