Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Northeast Philadelphia

Brittanis place is charming, beautiful and functional. It was really perfect for 3 couples with kids. It is a beautifully renovated and redecorated unit in a neighborhood going through mayor gentrification. In a few years I imagine the whole area will follow suit as this building and a few next door are renovated to be truly homey and beautiful. Though the neighborhood is still on the works, we were still comfortable walking to the park which is great with all new playground. The home was clean and neat, nice kitchen, living room and family room in addition to the bedrooms a d baths. Also no problem finding parking right in front of the unit.

The Airbnb was beautiful, exactly as described and my stay was peaceful. The outdoor lounge in the middle is a great spot to hang outside. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this Airbnb overall!!

Best recommendation we can give is that on our next visit to Philadelphia , we want to stay at Thomas' location.

Looks like the photos, the layout is a bit more general. This is really close to Chinatown and Gayborhood so plenty of in walking distance. About 15 minute drive from PHL. Would recommend! This is basically a hotel so don’t expect great communication using Airbnb.

Perfect spot near Philly- super close and convenient but much nicer than being in the city. Neighborhood was so pretty for a walk or run. So safe and no parking hassles. Shopping and food nearby. Apartment was very comfortable, very clean, lovely, with all the amenities you could need. Would never stay anywhere else if I needed a place close to Philly. A much better value than a hotel.

The apartment is chic, spotless, and feels like a boutique hotel. The building is very secure with 24/7 front desk and keyless coded entry. The gym looks brand new, and there’s a spacious, elegant co-working area, strong Wi-Fi, and great AC. The kitchen is well-equipped with two brand-new toasters (big deal for coeliacs!), a NutriBullet, blackout curtains ❤️, a large washer/dryer, and thoughtful touches like tree-free toilet paper and scented bin liners. This is the first time I’ve felt the Superhost title was truly earned. Tatenda was amazing, lightning-fast responses, kind, accommodating, and felt like a friend by the time I left. I extended my stay twice because I couldn’t bear to leave 🥹 We had a minor cleaning issue early on, but it was resolved promptly. Hot water takes a moment, and shower water pools a little, use the foot towel. I also think the rental agreement should be shared upfront, but none of this affected our stay. One of my best Airbnb experiences. I’d 100% rebook

We were in Philadelphia for a conference. The apartment was within 4 blocks to the conference, near Reading Terminal Market. Very safe with a very helpful concierge on duty 24/7. Accommodations were modern, clean and comfortable. The host emailed frequently during the stay to make sure everything was working out. Planning to book it again in December not for work!

I cannot recommend Angel’s place highly enough!! It is situated right on the river with views of the river on one side and the city on the other. Within walking distance of Old City and City Center, although we easily walked all the way to the other river near the train station. Angel is a kind and gracious host, as thoughtful and sweet as they come! She has truly earned her superhost status, thinking of everything from Andes mints to a towel warmer. She even messaged when a storm was coming and then an hour later when there was a beautiful rainbow outside. Lovely person. We felt very comfortable staying here and would stay again. Parking was easy and safe, about a block from the condo building. The bed was comfortable, and you have your own thermostat in the room. Wish I had made time to go to the high quality gym - next time! Again, cannot recommend enough.

I stayed with 2 other adults and it worked out great for us! Having 2 supermarkets and Target less than a block away was incredibly convenient. There was plenty of space, and my adult daughter reported that the pull-out sofa was comfortable (as were the beds in the bedrooms). Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. I was a little worried about the parking lot based on reviews, but it wasn't as cramped as I had imagined it. I was careful to take the ramps slowly, and there were no problems whatsoever. If you arrive by car and are alone, it could be tricky, as someone needs to check in and retrieve the parking "key" and pass. Elizabeth sends very clear instructions (including a video), so it's easy to navigate.

Elizabeth was great from the start. Communication was fantastic, apartment was perfect and you can't beat the fact that there was free parking in a parking garage attached to the building. Great location in Philly. If we decide to visit again this place will be the first place we book.

Jodatur’s place was just as pictured and described, with added touches such as snacks and beverages. Beds, linens, and shower products were all top notch. The garage parking was super safe and convenient! A great option for events in Camden or Collingswood!

Ben was generous by letting me stay here at this Airbnb and hosting myself and my cousins. It was exactly described and the home was way bigger than I thought it would be. I would recommend staying there for my next family function, and to really sit in the backyard and enjoy the scenery.

When booking via AirBnB, honestly I’m always underwhelmed when it comes to the property. It almost always never looks like the pics listed on the site. That said, Archway completely exceeded my expectations. The team was so responsive to every question I had, the place was absolutely beautiful and the access to the home was easy peasy! It will definitely be our go to place every time we visit Philly! Can’t wait until they expand to other cities.

Impeccably clean and well-appointed. Perfect for our trip to visit family close by. Close to churches, food, and shopping — whatever you need. Great neighborhood to walk and enjoy the area.

Great place to stay for multiple families - we stayed with 1 family of 4 and another family of 5, including many small children. They enjoyed running around with plenty of room to stretch out, as well as playing with the drums and piano. The projector and TV both upstairs and downstairs helped us spread out as needed as well. Thank you so much for the great time!

This is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. The host was very responsive and kind. I would highly recommend.

After accomplishing the quite steep stairs, we found it to be larger than expected and furnished nicely. Quiet overnight despite the bar next door. It’s in a densely populated and walkable neighborhood. On street parking is challenging so we opted for the garage, about a 5 minutes walk away. Would be great area to explore with more time, but we only stayed one night. Jeffrey provided all the info that we needed for an easy overnight in a location that was important to us.

We had a wonderful weekend at Rod's place celebrating our daughter's college graduation. Beautiful home and furnishings. Peaceful and lovely neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable. Rod gave us helpful instructions from beginning to end. Highest recommendation!

Robert's place was expertly appointed. Kicked myself for spending on forgotten items, when I looked around everything was there! The space was pristine and Robert supplied recommendations and directions for everything we needed/wanted.
