It was a great place to stay. Cute, cozy living space. Lots of good hiking trails nearby.

We had another amazing stay at Sara’s place and already know we’ll be making this an annual tradition. The space is warm, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — it’s the kind of place that instantly puts you at ease. We loved starting our mornings with coffee, homemade treats, and those gorgeous dining room views. The swing set is such a fun touch, and the ever-expanding family of goats continue to be a favorite part of our stay. Everything about this visit was just as special as we remembered. Already looking forward to next year!

Sasha was a wonderful host. The breakfasts that were included were delicious . The setting was tranquil and we enjoyed the nature around us. The place and linens were very clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay there were many amenities that aren’t typical of air bnb any more, brought me back to some of my favorite stays made so much easier because of all the convenient touches, everything you need is right there, I’d forgotten a couple things while packing for a short trip and Melissa had them right there without even having to ask!

Place was very beautiful and was such a nice area, definitely recommend driving over to Columbia during your stay. Place was a bit more renovated than the pictures which was a nice surprise.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is incredible, you’ll have everything you’d need. Full of very thoughtful details. Very cozy, confortable and charming. The surroundings are beautiful and in a short drive you’d find anything you may need in Brattleboro. From dining to great coffee, groceries and more… I loved how simple and easy where the instructions for check-in and Out. Katherine was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

John was a lovely host, and the apartment was wonderful. The location was a great starting point from which to explore the surrounding area. Super peaceful, and the bed was so comfy. At night, you can see the stars through the skylights, which was great. The place had everything needed for a short stay, would definitely recommend!

VERY nice people and cute little cabin. we brought our kids and the sheet literally came up to the cabin. the propert is gorgeous. I would 100% recommend.

My partner and I had a wonderful day at Cole’s place. The place is beautiful and has a lot of interesting things to look at, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is very clean and spacey. We really enjoyed the gorgeous house and gardens as well as the company.

Great stay! Leam was informative and kind. Breakfast was great, dogs are cute. Property is rustic but isn’t that the point? :) the room itself was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed.

Marsha was a wonderful host. She was accommodating, friendly, engaging and courteous - light breakfast in the morning was all homemade, including yoghurt, jams, granola and more. The room was cosy, and the beds were very comfortable for a good night's sleep. Marsha was very knowledgeable about the area and it was lovely having conversations with her throughout our stay, discussing things to do in the local area, and talking about our trip through Canada. Would highly recommend staying here, I'd be back in a heartbeat!

We spent a glorious 5 days at this perfect guest house. So relaxing and a perfect place to see the surrounding area. We ventured out every morning but were happy to have such a relaxing, private place in the evenings. Bobby and Linda were perfect host and let’s not forget Charley, if she was outside she always greeted us with a happy shake of her tail. On our last night there Linda arrived at our door with a hot, just out of the oven baguette that Bobby had just prepared along with some butter. What a treat. We immediately regretted that we decline his offer for breakfast every morning. If we are ever back in York we will definitely be staying here again. Simply perfection!! Pam & Robert Kiln, MS

We had a wonderful stay in The Caspian room. The room was comfortable and had a really unique vibe--rustic and yet every amenity was covered. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the gardens and visiting the goats, chickens and geese. Breakfast was spectacular, and thank you for the dietary accommodation. we will be back!

My stay with Dick and Linda was perfect! It was the sweetest airbnb experience I’ve had. They were both so warm and welcoming, and their home was just as warm and welcoming! I felt right at home! Everything was very comfortable, and I very much enjoyed just sitting and chatting over breakfast with them in the mornings. Anytime I come back to Rochester, I’ll be there!

Our stay was PERFECT. We got exactly what I wanted, to be lost in the forest to shut down a bit & resurfaced at leisure. A beautifully crafted basket & note awaited us with SO many personal touches & catered to our dietary needs. The cabin was beautiful in every way & we loved the hot tub nestled among Denise's herbs (it was so US). From start to finish it felt exactly the vibe I pictured. It was a support for my husband & he LOVED every min! We woke up to our beautiful & active animal friends which added to the feeling of lost in the forest. We visit the many farm stands & local cafes & thrift stores. They catered to everything that was important to us & our cozy stay. I'd do it again on repeat. It was worth every penny & I actually cried a little when we had to check out. It was the disconnect we both needed in the perfect spot we needed it. Denise & Bob are a gift to the tired soul & so is the cozy cabin they share with all of us🩷.

I was thrilled with my stay at this beautiful Airbnb, it met and exceeded all my expectations. The place was clean, quiet, private, and equipped with everything I needed to be perfectly comfortable. I would definitely stay again, and highly recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay!

Brenda’s Airbnb was a hidden oasis! Nestled on a quiet street, we had the entire lower level to ourselves - which was spacious and clean. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a tranquil escape.

Lovely home, great location and friendly and helpful host. Felt more like a "hosted B&B or inn" rather than the more common experience I've had with Air B&B of the host being available but not a visible presence. If you are looking for a private, nonengaging experience, this might not be for you. However, if you enjoy meeting your host, we found Bob to be warm and cheery and he made us a lovely breakfast with excellent coffee. Rosy was away so we did not meet her, however, her decorating talents were much on display from the tableware to the linens and accoutrements, all of which made us feel like we were special guests.

This was such an incredible place to stay! The location was perfect if you are looking for a secluded oasis with stunning views. It was in such close driving distance to delicious food, coffee, and activities. The home was very clean and inviting, and had the perfect setup for our group. Would definitely stay there again.

The Cozy Loft was exactly as advertised. Sarah and her family were perfect hosts. Unfortunately due to our schedule we were unable to take advantage of the outdoor space available. Thank you Sarah!

Beautiful location to stay, very clean and friendly. Hosts are available and respond very quickly. The rooms are individually secured with number locks, a continental breakfast is available every morning, all you have to do is serve yourself. The only point that could be disturbing but which coordinates very well is that there is only one bathroom to share for the three bedrooms. Otherwise everything is perfect, excellent value for money, I recommend it!

Great place, for a city boy like myself. A good blend of the rustic surroundings and the homely feel of the place. The fresh eggs for breakfast was a great touch. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi with the beer that was provided and it was a great way to spend the evening in the charming, peaceful backyard. Thanks for hosting!

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming bed and breakfast! The peaceful atmosphere and rustic charm made it the perfect escape for a girls night. The food was incredible—each meal was homemade, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Claire & Matt were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy some unforgettable hospitality!

This was our second stay at Bradley's and will not be out last. The house is filled with tasteful antiques and beautiful furnishings throughout. We stayed in the Eisenhower room which paid tribute to Ike with photographs on the wall and a couple of military items. There is parking beside the house on his property and it's about a 4 minute walk to many restaurants in town. Breakfast was compromised of cereal, yogurt, fruit, fruit bowl, packets of oatmeal, bagels, coffee, tea, juice and breakfast bars. The best part is his beautiful very large and incredibly laid back dog Cane (?) who greeted us upon our arrival. Made it feel like home.
