Walk Downtown-Cozy House

Park on the premises, walk 2 blocks to the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Cozy one bedroom house affectionately called 'Hobbit House' for having low ceilings, especially in the bathroom (see description for details), queen bed, well stocked kitchen, private front porch. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing place to be so close to downtown! No TV but has lots of reading material to learn about the area. No A/C. I have 2 other separate places next to Cozy House.

Note: there is no dedicated bathroom sink. The shower is large and has a mirror, and there is a kitchen sink area with small mirror as well. On the road to the Grand Canyon & Arizona Snowbowl. Walk across the street to Fratelli Pizza & Flagstaff Market Station. On the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) for easy access to downtown.
