This was in an amazing location with lots to do in your door step. It really had been one of the best places to stay and holiday. Enough for all ages Restaurants prices are. Reasonable and affordable The host has been the best Even went shopping for us so we had breakfast and lunch and drinks When we arrived he had dressed the table for my friends 40th with wine I have just arrived home and I am looking to book again I couldn’t thank enough for the experience and treatment received Cyprus is beautiful with beautiful people

The holiday we spent in this villa left us with only beautiful memories! A comfortable house with every detail thought out: a well-equipped kitchen, water filter, full bathroom supplies... A beautiful garden, a pleasant terrace and a clean pool, a truly peaceful environment.
We would also like to thank our host, Ms. Gülmen. He was really hospitable and helpful; he was always available and supportive.
We definitely want to come back and we will recommend it to our friends!

We had a great stay at Frank’s villa. It had good amenities and we did a barbecue dinner. The pool area is very relaxing and the lounge area next to it is a great spot to spend the evening with friends. Definitely recommend. Its in a good location, private villa complex, and the beautiful beaches are a few minutes by car away. We hope to come back soon.

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.

Just perfect, if you are a big group and you want to take a break from your work schedule and just relax you definitely need to come to this villa. You have everything you need there, comfortable rooms, amazing view, perfectly clean pool, private cinema and the best place for us, was the private beach just in front of the villa, half a minute walking and you can relax on the beach or swim in the clear water.The host helped us every time we needed something and gave us the feeling of privacy but we were always known that if we need something they will take care of us. 10/10!!!!

Great place to stay, it was quiet as we didn’t realise everything is closed for the season, but it was a working trip anyways. The host was always responsive and pleasant to speak to, very helpful and sorted out the cab from airport. Will visit again.

Perfect villa nice quite area close to the main area for restaurants and bars, beach at one end of the road and decent supermarket the other end all within a 1 min walk

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! It was perfect for our family getaway. The villa itself is very spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. There were so many entertainment options to keep everyone happy. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and always available whenever we had a question or needed anything. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and comfortable holiday. We’d love to come back! 🥰

Went away for my sisters hen do, This house was amazing and exceeded our expectations! The photos don’t do the house justice. Panayiota and husband were so hospitable, allowing us a late check out and helping us out with cabs etc. can’t recommend highly enough!

Really nice villa away from the hustle and bustle but within good driving distance of restaurants and beaches around the Ayia Napa area. Highly recommend staying here, the overall villa is well set up and has a large pool, sauna and steam room which makes the stay very comfortable. Vasos throughout and leading up to check in was very helpful and provided lots of recommendations of places to go that suited our needs and wants.

Great, freshly renovated villa with everything you need for a holiday

We stayed for one week and I can say that it was one of the best weeks in 2017. The location of the villa is so relaxing and quite with its amazing panoramic view mixing the sea and mountains in addition to the amazing swimming pool (Luckily the weather was so nice so we could enjoy all indoor and outdoor facilities of the villa). The villa was very well furnished, clean and has all the required tools and facilities. Alison was very kind and helpful and responding very quickly for any request or question. In general, I would love to go back there again and again and recommend it for friends and relatives.

I love this little house and will always be happy to go there. It is clean, beautifully furnished, it is super central, you feel right at home. The host is friendly, responds quickly. I can only recommend it and will not book anything else. I love this house and look forward to the next time.

Very nice place, very close to Eziç Lapta , so silenced environment except cars but does not disturb me . Sea view from balcony. I will choose it again.

Everything has already been said in the previous comments: Frédéric's villa is simply a little paradise in Cyprus! Ideally located, well equipped, quiet, offering a magnificent view of the sea and the last mountain. The house has lots of charm and the place is perfect for recharging and enjoying the surrounding nature. The small village of Esentepe is also very charming with a few shops and restaurants nearby. Thank you to Frédéric for being a great host, very responsive and very attentive. We will return with great pleasure to Villa Doluca because it feels good:-)

One of the best hosts I’ve come across the house and pool is great the beach is only a couple minutes walk down at the end of the garden Everything was good for the kids Note you will need a car for local shops

We had a 12 night stay at Villa Ivy, 4 adults and a 2 year old. The photos don't do it justice. The villa is very well equipped! Had we known there are even inflatables for the pool there we would not have brought our own. The air con is very good. The pool and grounds are cleaned/ maintained whilst you are there it's very well kept. Steve is very responsive and helpful. Although there is building work going in the area generally we were never disturbed by any noise. You definitely need to hire a car, Steve arranged our airport transfers and we had the hire car delivered/picked up from the villa which worked well. The villa had so much upon arrival - toilet roll, hand wash, milk, bread etc so if you arrive in the evening you don't need to worry about going shopping straight away. There are cats that look for food and company. not a problem for us but unexpected and we made sure to keep the back door closed around meal times to stop any furry visitors! Overall a fabulous holiday!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The villa is a home from home and has everything you need. It’s spotlessly clean and comfortable. The pool area is amazing and we spent many hours there. Angela is a brilliant host , very friendly and responsive . First time here and in Northern Cyprus but we will definitely be back !

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in North Cyprus. The property was lovely, very clean, and exactly as described. The host was fantastic—always quick to respond and extremely helpful with anything we needed or asked about. Their support really made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
