Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Northern Hungary

We had a great workout. We arrived with a large family, including our 3-year-old son. We all knew how to relax, it was a family-friendly accommodation. Equipped with many games, lots of things. I recommend it :)

We all had a great time, it was a great experience for kids. There are beautiful views and lots of hiking trails and attractions. The listing had everything in the description.

We had an amazing experience staying at this guesthouse. The property was exactly as described - clean, stylish and very comfortable. András and Barbara were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was perfect – close to Amber Bride by Sorg Villa (where we were having our wedding) yet quiet and peaceful at night. The amenities were a great bonus too – fast Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and a nice shower. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Leányfalu.

This place to stay was declared an island of tranquility, but a dear reader, it's not just marketing-it's a reality. Because it is. There is a cricket background orchestra, all the tools you need for cooling, heating, cooking, you can come with a baby who will have a playground, high chair, baby bed. You can go to Csárda, go bathe in the nearby facilities, or you can go to Debrecen at the Aquapark, or go to Go Karting nearby, not far from the accommodation. You can read a book on the terrace, make a fire to bacon. 4 rooms, two bathrooms, a sauna, and a washing machine, actually “do what you want.” We also spent time with each other and sat down with the host in 3: sharing a little info and perspectives. Maybe this is the first place I thought we should really go back; chill, zen. Relax. For such a stressful, bustling person like me, he can definitely do good.

A wonderful hostess who treated us to homemade Palinka and dishes. Atmosphere like home. Close to Debrecen but at the same time quiet as in the countryside. Great choice! I highly recommend it!

Spacious house with a large garden! Arrive, unpack & breathe in the peace... Everyday life is immediately forgotten. A discovery garden = a children's paradise!!!

Everything happened as discussed. András always answered our questions immediately. Everything was fine in the house. The pool in the yard was very good. I really liked that it is really private, no neighbors, the house has a grill, super. We had a birthday party and we all enjoyed it very much. We will return in August for a weekend again.

I recommend a very nice apartment, great that there was a coffee machine in the kitchen because i its rare. Big plus for that!

Maria's place was amazing, quiet, and private. It is about a 15-minute drive from the center, an excellent choice for those who want to be close to everything but like their privacy. The apartment was clean and spacious and included amenities we needed. The mattress and pillows were AMAZING, and we woke up refreshed every morning. There are no stores within walking distance, but we were fine with that, too, because Maria provided a coffee maker and pods that were life savers in the morning. On our last morning walk, We discovered a small bakery called Babuska, about a 2-minute walk from the place. They had excellent coffee and baked goods; I highly recommend checking that out. We were pleased with our accommodations, the neighborhood, and the host. Maria promptly responded to our questions, providing all we needed to feel at home. We had a very nice time in Nora's apartment. The accommodation is renovated and has everything 2 people need. Located 5 minutes walk from the center, yet in a quiet little place. Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay nearby. Thank you so much for the opportunity, and we'd love to come back here in the future!

We are a family of 6. We stayed in Christophe's apartment while visiting family in Budapest and it was spacious enough for us all to be comfortable and relaxed. I was even able to have my parents over for breakfast as well as dinner, so lots of room and a good kitchen. The apartment was absolutely excellent. The yard was great for the kids, the beds were comfy, the apartment was bright, well equipped, clean and airy. It felt like home away from home. I would stay here again and again. There was also room for us to securely park our large SUV. If you have a big family like us, I am sure you will find it nice to have such a lovely apartment with space for your vehicle. The neighborhood was peaceful and green, it seemed very safe and it has everything you need: green spaces, grocery etc. We took transit to downtown every day, the kids loved the trams, it was super easy. It was a wonderful place to stay Christophe was responsive, very helpful and kind. He was an excellent host xox

Ideal accommodation for excursions to the Bükki National Park, the city of Eger with its attractions is within walking distance. Great covered terrace with a view of the countryside. Tamás and Krisztina are excellent hosts, very friendly, discreet, but always easy to reach. Overall highly recommended!

Beautiful place in a beautiful location! I absolutely loved it!! Unfortunately the Google Maps location is a little bit off which does make it a little bit hard to find. The response time was a little bit long for my liking, but I did book relatively short term which does explain it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone without hesitation!

Marta was incredibly accommodating with my arrival time, which made everything so much easier. She is extremely kind and welcoming. The studio is spotless, very peaceful, and I slept wonderfully, in the morning, you can even hear birds singing, which makes it feel like a little haven. The location is also great, with buses running every 5-10 minutes to the city center very close to the place. There’s even a lovely local market nearby with a vintage, flea-market vibe, and everything you need for groceries is just a short walk away. I truly regret not staying longer. We had a great time in the house and were able to make beautiful excursions. There is a lot of space in the house. We were not even aware that there are two kitchens and two bathrooms. There is actually a lot of space for 6 people. For example, there is no bed on the middle floor. There are still a few chairs missing in the living room, there are 3 too few. The great view is worth mentioning, but you buy it with a steep climb to the house. On foot, this is really only recommended for fit people, otherwise a car is mandatory.

The location is truly magical with an amazing garden and great routes for hiking. The house is comfortable for three guests as well. Dorka was a kind and helpful, we are planning on going back in the future:)

We had a very pleasant and relaxing weekend in Falloskút, which was a huge part of Mátralak accommodation. Clean, comfortable, and tidy interior, quiet neighborhood, and the tub provided wonderful relaxation. Overall, we found the Mátra apartment to spend a romantic weekend, I highly recommend it! :)
