Designed and built by indigenous people, it is located on the Tenneto Beach Road in Songsong Village, where you can always enjoy the beautiful scenery of Rota in the morning and evening, and the stars pour in at night. It consists of 3 rooms with 1 bathroom, kitchen and bathroom, living room, and dining room. (See image drawing) * * The outdoor kitchen and refrigerator are shared with the host. The host lives together in the annex in the same building, so if you don't have a rental car, you can get help with airport pick-drop and major tourist attractions pick-drop (for a fee).

Though it is located in a secluded area, it is only an 8-minute drive to downtown Garapan. This unit also has a fully functioning kitchen with full size refrigerator, a dining nook and a very modern bathroom. The property also comes with a saltwater infinity pool and a private covered patio for viewing amazing sunsets.

American House (Unit #1 Paradise House)

Welcome to your American paradise getaway with spectacular ocean views! Our house is on a peaceful private property on top of Capitol Hill just minutes from Saipan's famous beaches, amazing hiking trails, world-class restaurants, and shopping. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accommodate late check out or early check in because of high demand and the house is usually booked. However, we can arrange to store your luggage. The reservation is for 4 people. It is $20 per day for each additional person.

Each stay will receive a $50 Activity Voucher that can be redeemed at Marianas Trekking for available activities like Grotto Snorkeling, Go Karting, Buggy Riding
