Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Northern Neck

This was one of the best family vacations we have ever had. Charlie and Aliza were wonderful host. We brought our boat and were able to leave it in the water all week with no problems. The dock is perfect with running water and electricity. We caught crab and croaker all week from the dock. We also took our boat to the sandbar and the kids played for hours. Great place for kayaking and paddle boarding as well. Beds were comfortable and living rooms were spacious. You have water view from every room in the house. We will definitely be booking again.

This place was great for our golf trip to Williamsburg! This was our second time renting it.

Ashley and Ben’s Blue Pearl Cottage was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at, and we’ve been to a lot! The home was spotless and inviting. The back porch was perfect for hanging out in, relaxing and reading. We loved kayaking and exploring too. Ashley and Ben thought of everything you need. We will be back!

We stayed at this AirBnB during the weekend of our son’s graduation. It’s only 10 minutes away from campus but it seemed like a different world as it was almost rural! The house is extremely quiet and has a lovely large backyard. There is ample parking. Every thing is well labeled and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and crockery.

Talk about being sad 😢to leave! Sometimes a location for an air BnB just hits it out of the park, and this is a great example. We LOVED our stay and took advantage of the yard and beautiful view daily! We fished off the dock and shore. Tip, since it is tidal water as long as you are on the shore or dock you don’t need a fishing license. Our pups loved the yard and going for a swim. There are a lot of great places to eat within a 30min drive. We were on a work trip, but would love to come back when we could take advantage of everything this place has to offer. It’s a gem! The surrounding area is fun to explore if you like antiques and boutiques. We loved the local vibe! You will have a great time.

Beautiful, large home and location. Great water views from almost every room in the house! We were meeting locals for this trip so we really to know the area, great little beach at the end of the road. We saw a lot of dolphins and rays.

We had a wonderful stay at Presley Creek! The house was clean and comfortable. The porch and with the ceiling fans was delightful! The kitchen had everything you’d need for preparing meals. The location was so peaceful. The property was huge and felt so private & secluded with woods and the water. We enjoyed the wildlife; geese, eagles, herons, otters. We brought our dogs, and they loved running and swimming! We brought all our food with us since we knew stores were not close. Also, if you want a beach, we found a little beach not too far called Vir-Mar, which has a very small public beach. Hughlett Point which is a bit farther is larger but very limited parking. If you are looking for a laid back vibe, I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful vacation here. Although it rained during our stay, we found the treehouse to be a great place just for listening the rain drops and having some inner peace.

Crystal's condo was spotless and an easy place to stay. Crystal was very proactive and made us feel welcome. her dinner suggestions were superb too! perfect for a weekend getaway in a resort atmosphere. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!

Andrea was so responsive from day 1 when I had questions about the house! We had 10 people in town for a wedding and her house was only 3 miles from the venue which was ideal! The house was clean and had nice little extra touches; the bottom floor was surprisingly spacious and perfect for hanging out! And the hot tub was a nice add also! Overall, it was a great experience!

Clare and Chris could not be nicer and easier to work with. My family/friends have been getting together since 1994 and have been to many great Airbnb's and VRBO's. My group could not stop telling me how great of a week we had. The primary features that were import to us which the house scored big are as follows: It has a dock (we arrived via boat), The kitchen is big, laid out for many "Cooks", The kitchen was open to the dining room table, The dining room table is open to the sitting areas, The pool was clean and inviting, The fire pit with seasoned firewood was a big hit for our group, All the beds were comfortable, The bedrooms were large and comfortable, The baths were clean, modern & large and The location to "What to do in Cambridge" is only 7-10 miles away. We made prearrangements: Richardson Maritime Museum to have a guided tour with David Williams on Friday and Spocott Windmill with George Radcliff. Both of these tours were fascinating. Our weekend was 5-Stars.

Heather was an extremely attentive and excellent host. We asked a lot of questions and she responded quickly. She was kind enough to give a few of us a tour of the grounds and brought one of the horses by to pet. The house is beautiful and extremely spacious, clean, and well kept. We definitely enjoyed and appreciated the hospitality that Heather showed us during her stay! 10s across the board.

Absolutely cutest rv and unique setting ! We had a blast. We went to the Tiki bar, great dog park in Kilmarnock and many walks along the shore. We even saw a bald eagle fly over us while we were drinking our morning coffee! Everyone we met human and dog was super friendly! That made the trip extra special. Morgan is friendly and a great communicator. Her rv was spotless! Hope to get back to stay another time. Take care Morgan! You have a gem! 💎 ✨ Keep shining! ✨

Had a great time at the Pelican place. TV was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Check-in was smooth and TV even gave us welcome food & drinks. He also recommended good local spots to go. His place is located walkable distance to Tides Inn and other restaurants. Douglas (labrador pup) is also friendly and playful. We loved our stay and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful weekend at Grateful Meadows! It was so peaceful and even more beautiful then the pictures make it look. It was amazing meeting all of the residents and Victoria gave us a great tour and introduced us to everyone. We can’t wait to return sometime!

We had so much at Anne and Neil’s place. It was more beautiful in person than in the photos. The furniture and antiques were so beautifully appointed. We had lots of fun as a family enjoying their pool, searching for shark teeth and shells on their beach, and getting on the water in their boats. Lots of fun. We all wish we could have stayed longer.

I am so grateful to have found the Heron Rock Cottage. We needed a peaceful place to escape to and the cottage was perfect. The photos don’t do justice for how beautiful the cottage and views are. Anne is also a wonderful host. She is quick to respond and was so sweet to leave a home made dessert for us. We stayed during the week and the lake was so relaxing and beautiful. We enjoyed the dock the entire time we were there, as well as fishing, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, and countless wildlife, including deer and otters. We also liked that they created a nature trail on the property. We picked up groceries on the way there, but everything we needed was stocked in the cottage. I also loved the extra special details for our dog, including towels after she had a fun day in the lake and a blanket for her as well. I definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a relaxing, but fun getaway. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Thank you Jim and Megan for making this beautiful home available for our vacation. I was impressed with the cleanliness and because I'm a fishermen I loved the bait house by the water. It literally had everything you needed to fish or do some crabbing. We really needed nothing other than our cloths to wear and books to read. I did bring my own kayak but I really didn't need to everything was provided. We really appreciate your thoughtfulness in things like the coffee bars in the kitchen and upstairs as well with also providing k-cups, flavoring etc. and extra tp:) This location was what we needed to rest and recharge. Once again, thank you.

We had such a nice visit! Ryan was very responsive to questions and requests. The house is very cute and perfect for a family with kids. Lots of toys and games and outdoor equipment - and a fun tree swing! The little sandy area was just right for our three kids (ages 1, 4 and 7). We ate all our meals outside on the deck overlooking the water. The neighbors were very friendly. Everything was great!

Such a cute spot for me and my husband to stay. I wanted a place walkable to Tiki for my birthday and I got the perfect place.

it was an amazing place to say the least. Very elegant and homey at the same time. lots to do without ever leaving the house, but not far from the beach so there was so much to do. Highly recommend these folks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Guesthouse. The place is like a home away from home, with a well-stocked and modern open kitchen, games and other activities ready to play, and many ways to regulate the temperature of any area. We also appreciated that there were extra blankets and towels in case we needed them. It is a bit of a drive past the intersection in White Stone proper, but the drive is relaxed and interesting. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We took advantage of a warm April weekend to get some rest and relaxation as a family. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We went kayaking, which was amazing, ate all our meals outside and had a fire pit. It is well off the beaten path, which was perfect for our needs. We never left.

5 stars! Well deserved! From the beginning to the end! Jian is the great host. Very helpful, friendly and super responsive! The place is awesome, exactly like the photos. We enjoyed watching movies on the screened in porch, bird watching, fishing, kayaking, relaxing on the dock, playing games inside, karaoke too. The place is very comfortable and has everything even more than you need. I really appreciate how much thought went into lighting, decor and convenience with QR codes and labels. Some days it was raining and we took our 7yo to Compass Entertainment center, which is 30 min away. I recommend checking it out. Last before the departure was a storm and we lost power and WiFi, the reception is bad without the WiFi but the host notified us promptly and kept us informed about what’s going. Customer service was excellent! We enjoyed our time at LaMemoriia
