We arrived at the hotel around 2 AM after a 4-day motorcycle tour, and even at that late hour, the check-in was absolutely smooth. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which immediately made us feel at home. They responded to every question and request extremely quickly and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. You could truly feel how much they cared about their guests – always proactive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Every single staff member we interacted with was just lovely. Thanks to their local tips and the warm atmosphere, we felt so comfortable that we ended up extending our stay for an extra night. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

The two Johns and Tracy were wonderful. You are always greeted with a smile and willingness to help. David in the breakfast room is really hospitable as well. The view from the breakfast room is really nice of the Old Quarter. The rooms are clean and are serviced daily. Amenities are provided with the room so you won’t really need anything regarding toiletries!

A very good cottage in a amazing garden. Very nice people, good breakfast and a wonderful countryside nearby. Mrs. Le is a very kompetent Landlady, who is Always friendly and helpful. The cooking service was great, we got a very tasty original vietnamese dinner. All the best for Mrs. Le and her Family!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough! It is a perfect retreat away from the busy roads and was a great place to relax and recharge for the week. The view from the balcony is beautiful and we felt right at home. The staff were all so lovely and the breakfast and coffee was delicious. Thanks again!

Very nice airbnb for a couple of nights. Walkable from all the main restaurants and they offer motor bikes or bicycles to reach the further activities. Lovely receptionist definitely recommend

The place is super nice , the staff is friendly and helpful , as if you were at home Includes breakfast Noi rent moto and bicycle and the prices are super accessible We were met in the early morning and always supported us with everything

We enjoyed our stay at joville hotel, Sapa. Elvy even helped us arrange taxi for us to the bus station. Great hospitality. Hotel with nice view with funicular passed by and walking distance to Sapa town with nice restaurant and local shop. definitely will come back stay here if have plan to Sapa!!

There is a promenade along the sea just a short walk from the inn, and you can see the superb view of Halong Bay up close without having to take a boat. Thanks to the host booking a bus back to Hanoi for me, I was able to return to Hanoi at a low price.

Really great place to stay and most beautiful, at first I was paling to stay at other like viet teeming but honestly this place is way above that , easy check in, spectacular view and service also though it’s just 10 min way from center and other hotel like vietreking its most beautiful and seclude. Will definitely only book here from now

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful homestay in Sa Pa! Everything from the room to the service exceeded our expectations. The views are absolutely breathtaking — especially from the pool, which overlooks the valley and makes for the perfect sunset spot. Sunrise is just as magical, with several viewpoints on the property that offer panoramic 360-degree views after just a short walk up a few stairs. Our host, Hanna, was fantastic. She was incredibly responsive, super helpful, and speaks excellent English. She knows the area inside out and gave us great local tips that made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sa Pa — peaceful, scenic, and welcoming in every way!

The view was amazing.

myself and two friends stayed at Nguyen’s listing during our backpacking journey and we were pleasantly surprised with how good the accusations and staff were. The pool was nice to cool off in, the pool table kept us occupied before and after check in/out & the rooms were very clean with comfy beds! The breakfast was an extreme bonus, included in price and amazing food! We got laundry done here as well and it was ready so quickly. We rented the bikes and explored recommendations given to us without us even asking which was lovely. They also made up our room and provided us with more towels, toilet paper, etc upon request! Highly recommend to anyone staying in Tam Coc, such good bang for your buck:)

Hannah was a very helpful host, I would have liked to stay there longer but unfortunately it was full. She helped me a lot with everything. He even put my luggage behind his engine on the last day and took me where I needed to go. He was very friendly and helpful.

The place was clean & fits the pictures & descriptions. Some things to note: You'll hear some street noise from the room & our couch had some dirty spots on it, but with that said for the price you'll definetly get your moneys worth! We had a great time staying here & it's a pretty chill neighbourhood compared to the rest of Hanoi✌🏼

Enjoyed our stay the very good meals in good company, the organization of the Trek which was perfect As well as the view which is unforgettable. Close to the village on foot. Thanks to both of you and the whole team.

I was new to use Airbnb .I got this hotel just because it is close to Airport but I found Mr. Dung is very friendly and supporting .The rooms are sparkle clean and property is located only 09 minutes from airport.

The place is very clean and the bed is extremely comfy. The host is very helpful and available for his guests. Ta Van is beautiful and so peaceful, away from the buzz of the town, with many little restaurants, coffees, bars around to relax and enjoy the views. We loved eating breakfast in the yard every morning, sitting in front of the river, with the sounds of nature... the banana pancakes are cheap and truly delicious (more like crêpes!!) We did not try other food items there, but there were many options and it looked good. The host also rents motorbikes, but i would not necessarly recommend as the two options we were offered did not make me feel safe (we tried one and did not enjoy, and the other one was not recommended by other guests). Only a small detail; nothing negative to report. Would 100 % recommend the stay!

Quyen is a great host, he speaks very good English, he is friendly and incredibly helpful. She arranged a bus for me to go to another city, she was very helpful with everything, I felt very safe. Thank you Quyen, I recommend to everyone.
