Moose River Rustic Camp

The cabin has one bedroom with a king size bed, large living area with the most lovely fireplace, small well equipped kitchen and bathroom. It sleeps 3-4 comfortably. There is a queen sized pull out sofa. The cabin is in Moose River, next to Jackman, the area one of the best places to snowmobile in the country. Trails are accessible right from the cabin. The perfect place for snowmobiling, ATV, fishing, hunting, relaxing and hibernating. Perfect sportsman cabin.

Happy little camp minutes from Stratton dinner house and the local market. Enjoy road access to snowmobile trails that can take you to Rangeley, Canada, or Carrabassett Valley. Sugarloaf mnt. Is 10 min south as well the Bigelow preserve and A.T. are at your door step. 5 minutes to flagstaff lake boat launch. And two minutes south is one of the Maine Huts and Trails trail head. So come hike, fish, hunt, bike and mess around in the mountains won’t you?!

Stream-side mountain retreat

This attractively renovated camp in the High Peaks region of western Maine is the perfect place to get away and unplug. Surrounded by conservation land, the camp is airy and bright, with views opening onto woods and stream, and is well screened. Solar panels provide water and electricity. There's limited satellite internet service for emailing and texting, and sometimes phone through wifi, depending on your service provider.
