Apartamento em prédio de traça antiga, integralmente remodelado, de alto pé-direito, tectos trabalhados a estuque e portas de vidro martelado. É um apartamento confortável de boas áreas e muita luz durante todo o dia, quer de Verão, quer de Inverno. Este T2 aloja até 6 pessoas, repartidas por duas luxuosas suites com closet e uma ampla sala de estar com sofá-cama-casal e uma vista maravilhosa. Tem ainda uma WC social (sem duche) para maior comodidade. A cozinha está totalmente equipada, incluíndo uma máquina de café Nespresso com uma selecção de cafés e chás. Faz parte dos utensílios da casa, um ferro de engomar, tábua de passar, um pequeno estendal nas traseiras, secador de cabelo. Cada ocupante terá um conjunto de toalhas de excelente qualidade. Na varanda, permita-se a descansar sob o sol de Portugal e apreciar a vibrante movida lisboeta, acompanhado de um bom vinho, ou de um reconfortante chá/café. Tudo para tornar a sua estadia perfeita! The Avenidas Novas neighborhood is one of the noblest in the city, very central and close to several transport, commerce and restaurants. The apartment is located in front of one of the most beautiful green spaces, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation garden. O apartamento tem uma localização geográfica plana, permitindo-lhe deslocar-se a pé sem grandes subidas, e por isso com menos desgaste físico. Nos percursos a pé, é possível apreciar a movida de Lisboa onde encontrará variadíssimas pastelarias com as suas explanadas ao sol e provar um dos melhores cafés do Mundo e suas especialidades. No entanto, se a opção for deslocar-se de metro, a 5 minutos encontrará a estação de metro de São Sebastião, onde a linha Azul o levará mais rapidamente aos locais típicos. Neste apartamento primamos pela qualidade: - atoalhados de banho de excelente qualidade com 600 g/m2 permitindo uma maior absorção e um toque extra suave. - roupa de cama de algodão com lyoncell que se traduz num toque acetinado e brilho acentuado. - a limpeza é feita por uma empresa especializada na área. Bright, Charming and Elegant in the Heart of Lisbon

The amazing and spacious (120 sqm) apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an entirely renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons. Open the windows, enjoy the balcony, take a rest on the couch, enjoy the views, use the internet, enjoy a drink or read a book, cook and do everything you like and you normally do in your own home, but in the fantastic city of Lisbon! The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a study area and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed; one toilet; a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dry machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher; TV and free wifi throughout the house. It can accommodate up to 5 persons and has all the appliances for long and short stays, with the possibility of one baby bed (please ask for it). Cleaning is made before the arrivals and is included in the price. Beds will be made with fresh linen and we will provide one set of towels per guest. You will be able to enjoy the whole apartment exclusively throughout your stay. I will always endeavor to reply quickly to all your questions or comments. As soon as you confirm your reservation, I will be in contact to prepare your arrival and will be waiting for you in the flat to welcome you. In checkin and throughout your stay, i will be available any time you need tips about the best restaurants to visit or any other information you may like to know about this wonderful city. The apartment is cleaned by professional cleaners. I am looking forward to welcome you in Lisbon! Discover the Avenidas Novas area. Feel like a local when exploring the supermarket, antique shops, trendy decor and design stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Wander further, via the nearby Metro, just 8 minutes to the historic center. Subway (metro) is the best public transportation to get around in the city. You will find São Sebastião metro station just at the end of the street (4 min walk). São Sebastião is an hub station for red line (direct connection to the airport) and blue line (direct connection to historic center, avenida da liberdade and santa apolonia train station). There are also three buses lines nearby (3 min walk), at Av. de Berna: 716, 726 and 756. If you want to visit Alcantara area or Rua da Junqueira (Tagus riverfront), line 756 will get you there (direction east-west). If you are traveling with a private car, there is a covered car park in front of the building, with a maximum daily rate of 12 euros.

Located in a very central area, close to the El Corte Inglês Shopping Center, opposite the Gulbenkian Museum. Supermarket, parking, restaurant, shops and subway. Metro 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Blue line (Old center 15 minutes) and Red line - direct access to the airport.
