A pink house with a unique architectural style, facing the St. Lawrence River, in a charming little village... Saint-Roch des Aulnaies. The part on the right,... (the entrance with a red sidewalk)... is exclusively occupied by the tenants, while the other part of the house is used as an art gallery and the owner's living quarters. The dome is also worth a visit, and serves as the owner's living quarters and drawing room.

NEW HOUSE — A few steps from Le Bootlegger restaurant, this magnificent house will offer you serenity and calm with your family or friends (max 4 people). With its accents of interior painted wooden walls, you will find modernity and tranquility. Less than 15 minutes from downtown La Malbaie. Our house was entirely designed and built by our own hands (or rather my contractor spouse haha).

You will be welcome in our home and you will be in peace because it is a young neighborhood where there is little traffic because my street is a cul-de-sac. My house is modest and you will find what you want for your vacation, the well-being of Charlevoix. You are about 27 km from the entrance to Parc des Hautes-Gorges.
