Great host, great response time, very friendly not as strict as i thought they would be.

Absolutely beautiful home that embodies relaxation and peace. We were able to comfortably gather as a family. The beds and linens are great quality!! Mike is a very responsive host, and has put in the time, and attention to detail to curate a space that is absolutely perfect for an intimate gathering of loved ones. It's impossible to list just how amazing of a stay we had. Our only regret was not booking it for longer.

It was a pleasure meeting Antoinette and her family. They are extremely welcoming. The property is amazing especially if you like horses, donkeys, chickens and outdoor cats. We definitely recommend a stay there.

Great place. Would love to stay again

Travis' place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Eight of us stayed in the house and there were enough beds that each of us could have our own place to sleep. The three full bathrooms with showers also came in handy between the eight of us. The house is huge and gorgeous and was very clean. Plenty of amenities to keep you busy while you're at the house. We utilized the pool, hot tub, and fire pit every day. The location is wonderful and peaceful, and there are tons of places to visit nearby. Travis was quick to respond if we had questions and quickly solved an issue that arose. If we find ourselves back in Sawyer we'll definitely be staying at Travis' place again.

Our family stayed here for a wedding . It was exactly what we needed for the weekend ! Patricia was very quick to answer even the smallest questions we had !

Impressed by the attention to detail! The host stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Also it’s a modern gem! The amenities were top-notch, and the host's guidebook had some fantastic local recommendations. Let’s not forget about the pool it was amazing!!

Nice location , plenty of space, the sunroom off the master was nice to sit and read my book. Loved how close to walking paths and restaurants . Peter was quick to respond to all my questions.

This place is adorable! It made us feel like we were in a cozy cottage all by ourselves. Each room had nice touches. The fully stocked kitchen was great. And although we didn’t eat any, it was very thoughtful to have bagels and cream cheese in the refrigerator.

Hey I had such a great time during my stay. Everything where exactly like the photos no Photoshop. The place was really clean smell really nice very quiet and peaceful. The host was really responsive and gave simple instruction to enter the home. The beds was really comfortable me and my sister Sisters 💜💜🤞🏾. We laugh watch TV play games and really enjoyed ourselves on our stay highly recommended the next time. I’m there. I will be sure to book…. I drove from Columbus, Ohio. And I actually love the check out time was at 12 PM.

The Zen House was a great retreat for our baseball tournament weekend - plenty of space, great amenities, and a much better experience than a hotel. The house felt intentionally designed for relaxation. The bedroom setup worked great, and we took advantage of the nearby park for some pregame hitting practice. We appreciated how the space could be closed off for privacy at night, and filled with sunlight during the day. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and we’re already looking forward to coming back for a football weekend!

517 Napoleon is small but very well remodeled with cute touches everywhere and nice towels and linens. Close to campus and convenient to everywhere. We will likely come stay again!

Kate's place is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Six of us (three adults, three teenagers) spent five days here playing games and hanging out -- and we still never made it to all of the amenities this home offers. (This would be a FANTASTIC location for a football weekend!) We appreciated the secure, fenced, well-maintained lawn for our dog; we felt comfortable letting her out on her own. It was great to have multiple TVs, full bathrooms, and a nice laundry room. We had plenty of room to spread out. The decor is really thoughtful, and, if you're here for Notre Dame, you will LOVE the attention to detail and the memorabilia! It's a great location -- safe, walkable, and peaceful. The home was spotlessly clean. Finally, Kate was very responsive and went out of her way to supply eight new folding chairs and a long table to accommodate our gaming needs. She is a great host, and clearly puts great care into this home and her guests' needs.

The house was amazing! Great view from the deck, spotless interior, and well stock. Brooke and Emily were very helpful and responsive. Had a small appliance issue and it was fixed in less than a day. Great place with great hosts!!

The hosts were very quick to respond and address any issues. If you want a nice open floor plan where you can have your own space and not be on top of other guest, this is a great location. If you’re a die hard ND fan, it’s a must stay for the experience alone.

Beautiful and peaceful! Exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful experience and a great host. Perfect deck to enjoy coffee and watch the early risers fish. Couldn’t be any closer to the water. We had a wonderful stay. Don’t pass this place up.

Thank you for the wonderful stay. The house is wonderful for a ND football weekend. We walked everywhere and did not touch our car at all. The house is clean and actually very spacious. Thank you again and we really enjoyed our trip.

Affordable, clean, and picturesque place on the jogging trail. Cozy place with lots of unique places to hangout. We had a blast.

Great stay! Very clean and comfortable home. The kitchen was very well supplied with most everything you would need. Plenty of nice, clean, comfortable linens. Really can not beat the location for anything around the Notre Dame campus. We happened to stay this time for my sons travel baseball tournament, but I would like to stay here again in the future to go see Notre Dame athletic events
