Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Notre Dame, Paris

A group of us stayed for a week trip at Marlene’s place in May 2024. The location was amazing, Marlene was extremely helpful and responsive, and the house was very well-equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay! I will caution anyone with mobility issues - there are a lot of stairs and the layout of bathrooms is a bit odd, but we got used to it quickly and it worked well for our group. Would highly recommend to a group looking to get around Paris easily - close to a major metro station and very walkable.

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

We had a lovely stay! Metro etc is close by! The Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The host Matthieu is very welcoming and dropped us off pastries that were lovely! Highly recommend if staying in Paris! Thank you Matthieu!

This place is a real hidden gem—super special, with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens and just a 10-minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. François is a very helpful host and was incredibly kind to us. Since we were traveling with a baby, we needed some flexibility with check-in and check-out, and we also needed some mugs in the kitchen, which he brought as soon as he could. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated with 33-degree weather in Paris and a baby! We loved the place and will definitely come back next time

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Our stay at this chic airbnb was excellent! The neighborhood was fantastic and central, we walked everywhere and had a lot of fun exploring. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and had everything we needed - including a magical built-in coffee machine. We would definitely stay here again and plan to check if it is available on our next visit. The host was incredibly responsive and really helpful in our arrival and departure. Highly recommend booking this little gem in the center of everything.

This was a lovely place and the location was beautiful and convenient; it was walking distance to most sights. We loved the island of St Louis. It quiets down at night and feels like a small village once the crowds leave. We would definitely return here if we visit Paris again. Benjamin was very responsive and helpful. This was the best apartment we have ever rented. Wonderfully located, spacious, very clean, it was extraordinary. The owner and his representative were incredibly responsive. It was everything we hoped for and more.

We loved this apartment! It’s on a quiet street in Ile Saint-Louis, centrally located within a short walk to Ile de la Cite or the neighborhoods on both sides of the river. Easy access to Metro stations. We cooked and shopped in the neighborhood, also went out to many nearby restaurants, and enjoyed visiting with family and friends. Communications with the hosts were always prompt, informative, and friendly. The hosts’ personable son met us upon our arrival to show us around and offer local recommendations - all of which were much appreciated. Nice well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Very comfortable bedrooms and bath. The roof terrace was also quite nice, though not used by us very much because the interior spaces were lovely and a pleasure to be in. We would happily return on a future visit!

The apartment was perfect! The location was beautiful and in walking distance to everything. So many great restaurants and cafes near by and great shopping! It felt busy but not crowded or touristy. The apartment was clean and had everything you need. Pascal and Virginia were so nice and accommodating to our arrival and departure times. I couldn’t recommend this place more. We will for sure book here again the next time we come back to Paris.

This is one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve booked. You’re in a fantastic neighborhood, but since you’re a bit removed from the street, it’s nice and quiet. The Jasmine smells coming in from the terrace or also lovely. It was really a great space. I highly recommend it. The bedroom does get bright on these early summer mornings, so if you need a dark room to sleep and bring a face mask.

Our stay at Guillaume's apartment was fantastatic. From the booking process through to check-out, everything was flawless. The apartment made our stay in Paris truly memorable. The apartment is located in the heart of the Marais and we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere while at same time being in a very peaceful area of the city away from the very busy tourist areas. The apartment itself is perfect. It is fully equipped with all amenities, spotlessely clean and we did not any issue whatsoever. Guillaume is also the perfect host. He is extremely responsive and accomodated us with our request to drop our bags after we arrived on a very flight early flight and also generously accomodated our request for a late check-out. We had an amazing time in Paris and Guillaume's superb apartment played a large part! Thank you, Guillaume!

Wonderful apartment! Very easy to get in and out, very safe and secure. Great location near lots of restaurants and very walkable. The apartment is very compact, very comfortable beds and nice bathroom.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is our second time staying in Christine’s apartment, it felt like coming home again! The apartment itself is light & airy, quite & centrally located to many touristy locations or just a short Metro ride away. The small kitchen has all the basics needed for short stays but you’re close to many fantastic cafes & coffee shops that you’ll likely not even use it like us. It was handy to whip up some nibble boxes for our picnics on the Seine though. Christine is lovely, very responsive & helpful. Highly recommend.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. We just had the most incredible stay at Denis’s apartment in the Marais. The whole stay from check-in to check-out felt effortless. Check-in was easy and convenient, and I appreciate that he gave me the instructions in advance so I had no last-minute stress of figuring out what to do! Expectations were very clear, Denis clarified before even accepting our booking that there is no A/C, but even with the much hotter temperatures than normal for June we found the apartment well ventilated and comfortable. There was tons of space for two people, and having access to a washer/dryer was a huge plus! The apartment was also very clean and well maintained. Check-out was also a breeze, and throughout our stay Denis was not only responsive but proactive- he messaged multiple times to make sure we had gotten in OK and that we had no issues or concerns. Would highly highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. This apartment has an incredible location. So close to everything and yet when we were at home in the apartment after time out and about in Paris it was a sanctuary with a lovely view. Having an onsite small washing machine was a plus during a two week trip. Evangeline is lovely to communicate with. We had no issues whatsoever. Loved our stay.
