Holiday rentals with breakfast in Notting Hill

I had an absolutely lovely time at Shirley's! Shirley was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was lovely to stay with a host as a younger person traveling solo! The room was incredibly comfortable and well kept, the bread and fixings for breakfast were delicious, and it was so easy to get anywhere in London I wanted to go! Shirley was so kind, and I had a wonderful stay!

We had such a nice stay here. It was at the end of a couple weeks of travel, and the home and shared garden space was so peaceful and inviting. Our kids had room to run around and play everyone we met in the area was so friendly. While not in the very center of Notting Hill it was very easy to get around, with bus options close by and a couple underground stations about 6-10 mins walk. This listing is somebody’s actual home which meant it was very well equipped and cozy. Had everything we needed!

This was our best experience yet at an Air Bnb. We felt right at home from the moment we entered and both Jim and Patrizia have left a lasting impression on us which we will never forget. Some stays are close to your heart and this one will will always stay with us. We will be back. Need I say more :)

Is a lovely family House and everybody was very kind

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

Stephanie was very friendly, helpful and kind. My room was nicely done, clean and comfortable. It's a lovely house. Secure parking space. Will most certainly like to come again.

I would certainly endorse all the positive comments from previous reviews that add up to Simona being rated a super host. Very happy with my week's stay. Simona is a very chatty, naturally welcoming host whose company I very much enjoyed. The room I had was small but all that I needed for somewhere to sleep after spending most of the time out-and-about in London, while Simona's house is a well-lived in, homely space in a great location. It might come with the odd creak and groan from the floorboards and plumbing, but, hey, welcome to 'Wimpy/Barrett Britain!' Ultimately, it's the human touches that make travelling so compelling and I look forward to sharing a plate of pasta with Simona when next in Wapping. That's dependant on availability of course - there's good reason why Simona's is usually booked-up far in advance. Glad for having had this chance for an introduction. Cheers!

We have an excellent memory of our stay with Vilma and her husband who are welcoming, dedicated and give good advice. We enjoyed being able to chat in French with Vilma. Breakfast is generous. Their house in a quiet neighborhood is nice. It is close to a park and the promenade on the banks of the Thames. The bedroom attached to a bathroom is bright and comfortable. Alexandra’s flat is in a very convenient location on a quiet street, minutes from Battersea Park. There is a great selection of grocery stores and shops as well as public transport all within an easy walking distance. The flat itself was clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the water was always hot. The washing machine was a welcome addition. Alexandra was friendly and very helpful and responded straight away when we had questions. We would definitely recommend.

I had an excellent stay at Gina’s London flat! Gina was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station, with easy access to all the city’s highlights. The flat itself is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. As a bonus, the views of The Shard and London Eye were spectacular! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

Great location, quiet street but close by public transport and restaurants. Jennifer and Matt were incredibly responsive and friendly. Flat was clean and had the necessities.

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

Our stay at Alex's flat was perfect. It's exceptionally clean & comfortable, with modern appliances and appealing decor. My son, husband and I felt immediately at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals & wake up with tea/coffee. I slept so well I was on English time immediately, something I've never experienced before. I've stayed in several parts of London, but will always try to come back to Hampstead. The scenic & well appointed village is a minute from the flat. Everything we needed was less than a 5 mins away, but the flat feels quiet & secluded despite this proximity. Overground & Underground stations are easy walks. We used both, but mostly just wanted to head back to Hampstead. Hampstead Heath is breathtaking. Being right next to it was very special. Alex is an exceptional host. His messages were so welcoming. Home instructions were well organized. Messages about check-in/out were timely & clear. He was very responsive & helpful. Thank you, Alex!

Great location and good size apartment for London. The floor plan is a little quirky but gives you the true London experience. Would definitely go back!

So lucky to have found this place! Looked just like the images, Alexis was super responsive and kind. Overall, the place felt like home and made my vacation even more enjoyable and memorable. Great apartment in a convenient location and nice setup for working from home. Everything was nice and clean as well.

We loved staying with Fiona! Her place is cozy and clean and so easy to get to the bus. She made us a yummy breakfast every morning and we had such a great time talking with her every day. We would definitely stay here again.

Elizabeth is a very thoughtful host. She responded promptly to my queries giving useful information. She was very welcoming and the room was comfortable and well equipped.

This was the second time my partner and I have stayed with Simone and John. We immediately felt very at home and appreciated all the attention to detail to give us a warm welcome. We especially love the food that they prepare for breakfast...it is heavenly! It is a great area, close to fabulous restaurants in both Muswell Hill and Crouch End. We would highly recommend it!

We were warmly welcomed and the accommodations were great: bright, clean and thoughtfully decorated. The location is close to the tube so easy to get about.

Mary and Martin were the warmest and kindest of hosts. We felt like we were in the finest Bed and Breakfast nestled in the countryside. You will sleep peacefully. The location is convenient to Greenwich, Central London, and West London. The room is kept amply stocked with tea, coffee, snacks, drinks. We had some of the best sleep. In the morning, Mary and Martin prepare a fresh and hearty breakfast with an excellent pot of tea. Mary and Martin are passionate about telling the story of their neighborhood and we learned a great deal over breakfast. They provide ample guidance if asked and give you more than enough space and privacy. Mary was kind enough to provide a lovely hand fan for our night at Royal Albert Hall on a humid afternoon. Thank you so much Mary and Martin, we hope to be back!

This was my second stay in Alex’ home. I felt comfortable, at home and I liked the area so much the first time that it made sense to stay there when I returned. I felt welcome and my hosts (including their dog, Dilly) were always friendly, helpful and engaging. I enjoyed staying here.
