There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

Upstairs is a large studio-style space which is light and airy, with a separate shower room. There is a king size bed, also a sofa bed which would sleep another adult or two children. Stair gate, high chair and travel cot available if required. Parking on drive. Also plenty of space for bikes. In a lovely village with good amenities and country walks.

The QMC, Beeston Train Station, and access to the M1 are just around the corner. The Studio is fully equipped and includes a kitchen, washing machine, mini-fridge/freezer, and an ensuite bathroom. We live within a quiet small estate that is situated in the heart of Derbyshire. lots of little towns ,Belper is a lovely town with river gardens and lovely boutiques for shopping. Fancy walking or bike riding why not visit matlock or the peak district

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It's also perfect for anyone that needs to visit Bestwood Lodge/Country park for an event. The space is a self contained bedsit (inc small seating area and TV) on the side of our house with a private entrance. It has a private bathroom, small kitchen amenities (microwave,toaster,kettle). 1 mile from the City Hospital an 3 miles from M1,J26. Quiet neighbourhood, with space to park outside.
